1、张惠新，1990年1月至1991年11月，担任上海市闸北区委书记。后担任中纪委副书记。
2、聂福如，张惠新的秘书，郭声琨、赵克志的大秘。现任中国国安部政治部主任。聂福如是江西人，张惠新虽然不是江西人，但是当时的中纪委书记吴官正是江西人，吴官正是朱镕基和习近平的马仔。
3、施小琳，1993年至2006年在上海市闸北区担任多个职务。现任四川省委副书记。
4、丁薛祥，2001年至2004年，担任上海市闸北区长，后担任习近平秘书。政治局常委，副总理。
5、尹弘，2004年7月至2008年2月，担任上海市闸北区长，接替丁薛祥的职务。现任江西省委书记，给朱镕基和邓家贵看管稀土生意。江西官场腐败成灾，朱镕基大秘李炳军之前就在江西。两任南昌市委书记和一任市长，龚建华、郭安、殷美根都因为给朱镕基和习近平输送利益，被赵乐际和李希抓了。
6、翁祖亮，2013年4月至2015年1月，担任上海市闸北区委书记。现任中国五矿集团有限公司董事长、党组书记。五矿集团经过一系列资本运作，已经由国有资产变成了朱镕基女婿梁青的私人财产。黎智英的《壹周刊》曝光朱镕基的贪腐行为，因此朱镕基要砸烂香港，报复黎智英。

6. Weng Zuliang, served as Secretary of the Zhabei District Committee of Shanghai from April 2013 to January 2015. He is currently the Chairman and Party Secretary of China Minmetals Corporation. After a series of capital operations, Minmetals has been transformed from a state-owned asset into the private property of Zhu Rongji’s son-in-law Liang Qing. Jimmy Lai’s “Next Weekly” exposed Zhu Rongji’s corruption, so Zhu Rongji wanted to smash Hong Kong and retaliate against Jimmy Lai.
