The most powerful uncle Li Jinzhu and cousin Yang Dacai condensed the entire history of China. Zhou Enlai, Chen Yun, Li Peng, Zhu Rongji, Xi Jinping

The first trial of the bribery case of Li Jinzhu, former deputy director of the Standing Committee of the Shaanxi Provincial People’s Congress

On June 6, 2024, the Guangzhou Intermediate People’s Court of Guangdong Province held a public trial of the bribery case of Li Jinzhu, former member of the Party Group and deputy director of the Standing Committee of the Shaanxi Provincial People’s Congress.
Li Jinzhu accepted bribes of 430 million yuan.

Li Jinzhu is a person worth talking about.
This person condenses the entire history of China.
The history of China after the Communist Party came to power.
If you can understand Li Jinzhu, you can understand the entire 70 years of Chinese history.
You can understand why Xi Jinping can be re-elected for life.
In 2012,

Li Jinzhu once protected his cousin Yang Dacai.
It is said that
At that time, Li Jinzhu and Yang Dacai were both searched by human flesh.
I was puzzled.
Why do you need to search by human flesh?
Li Jinzhu’s resume is clearly written.
From November 2001 to February 2004, 46-year-old Li Jinzhu served as the director of the General Office of the National Academy of Administration (at the level of a full department).
The dean at that time was Wang Zhongyu, Zhu Rongji’s chief secretary (1998 From 2000 to 2003, he was the State Councilor and Secretary General of the State Council.
There is no need for human flesh search.
This is very clear.
In 2012, the degree of Internet blockade in China was not as strict as it is today.
(September 23, 2012), a post by Sichuan lawyer Yao Fei was widely circulated online. Lawyer Yao Fei said that he would apply to the Shaanxi Provincial People’s Government to publicize the salary income information of Vice Governor Li Jinzhu tomorrow, that is, on the 24th.

The article “Shaanxi Provincial Standing Committee: Defending the “Smiling Director” is to defend the 18th National Congress and the Party Central Committee” revealed that because a provincial party committee leader in charge of the Security Inspection Bureau of Shaanxi Province spoke out to protect Yang, the Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection was forced to suspend the investigation of Yang Dacai. The original text is as follows:

“The reporter got news from the General Office of the Shaanxi Provincial Party Committee that the Shaanxi Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection had also opened an investigation into Yang, but a later Standing Committee meeting decided to suspend the investigation. At this meeting, a provincial party committee leader in charge of the Security Inspection Bureau was so excited that he threw a cup while speaking. He shouted that we can’t lose our composure when the Internet mobs make a fuss. Don’t say that Dacai didn’t embezzle or commit corruption. Even if he did, I think we can’t investigate it. We can’t investigate it according to the wishes of the Internet mobs. We must resist the evil winds on the Internet. This is very important for the prestige of our party among the masses and for the successful convening of our 18th National Congress. In comparison, how many famous watches Dacai has is just a small matter of life. What does it matter how many famous watches I have? I have several of them, all given by relatives and children from abroad when they come back. Is that not okay?”

On the same day (September 21, 2012), news came that Yang Dacai was dismissed. Netizens quickly searched for who this most powerful deputy governor was, and the result was – Deputy Governor Li Jinzhu! An article titled “The leader who protected the “cousin” is Li Jinzhu” revealed:

“The Internet checked the division of labor among Shaanxi provincial government officials. The direct superior of the Safety Supervision Bureau, among the provincial party committee leaders, is only Deputy Governor Li Jinzhu. Therefore, if the report is true, there is indeed such a provincial leader who dares to go against public opinion and bravely protect his shortcomings, and he is Li Jinzhu.”

Let’s take a look at that September 2012. The Secretary of the Shaanxi Provincial Party Committee at that time was Zhao Leji, and the Governor should be Zhao Zhengyong.

The Standing Committee wanted to investigate Yang Dacai at that time, but it finally investigated him.

Due to the angry human flesh search by netizens, Li Jinzhu’s name has been blocked on Sina Weibo. The original text is as follows:

Suoyao was posted on 2012/9/23 9:26:39 in the “Cat’s Eye View” of the Kaidi Community

The name of the deputy governor, who is now more popular than “The Voice of China”, has been blocked on Weibo. Please ask the Shaanxi Finance Department to announce how much “river crab funds” you paid to Sina to block these three words?

The post has received nearly 20,000 hits.

This Li Jinzhu was the chief secretary of Zhu Rongji’s chief secretary when he was 46 years old, and Wang Zhongyu was the chief secretary of the National Academy of Administration.
Let me introduce to you the law I summarized

The first law of ministerial cadres

Before the age of 35, he knew the general secretary or the prime minister. In other words, Li Jinzhu was 46 years old before he became the chief secretary of Zhu Rongji’s chief secretary, Wang Zhongyu’s chief secretary, which was a bit old. He should have known him when he was younger. It is not certain whether it was Zhu Rongji. But he knew another general secretary or prime minister.
In fact, when he was 35 years old, from 1990 to 1993, he served as the chief secretary of Rui Susheng, the then president of the Coal Science Research Institute.
Rui Susheng once studied in the Soviet Union, so who once studied in the Soviet Union? It turned out to be Li Peng.
Li Jinzhu’s experience is indeed extraordinary. He first served as the chief secretary of Li Peng, and later served as the chief secretary of Zhu Rongji’s chief secretary.
With two prime ministers endorsing him, no wonder he is so awesome.
Li Jinzhu served as the director of the office of the China Coal Research Institute from 1990 to 1993.
It was originally called the Coal Research Institute, and later changed its name to the General Institute. It is the same thing.
Rui Susheng began to serve as the president of the China Coal Research Institute in 1991.
What is the relationship between Rui Susheng and Li Peng? In 1953, Rui Susheng, 20 years old, was selected to study in the Mining Department of the Kharkov Mining Institute in the Soviet Union. It lasted for five years. That is, from 1953 to 1958.
He still remembers that before going abroad, Zhou Enlai met with this group of students in the Huairen Hall.
Kharkov, now belongs to Ukraine, is still quite far from Moscow.
However, in September 1948, according to the arrangement of the Communist Party of China, Li Peng went to study in the Soviet Union. Li Peng studied in the Water Conservancy and Power Generation Department of the Moscow Power Engineering Institute, and served as the chairman of the Chinese Students Association in the Soviet Union. He returned to China in 1955.
We can see that Rui Susheng went there in 1953, when it was still in Kharkov, the Soviet Union.
And Li Peng was in Moscow. However, Li Peng did not return to China until 1955, which means that Rui Susheng and Li Peng had two years of contact in the Soviet Union.
And Li Peng served as the chairman of the Chinese Students Association in the Soviet Union. At that time, I estimate that there were only dozens of students studying in the Soviet Union, so Li Peng must have known Rui Susheng.

Rui Susheng met Li Peng when she was studying in the Soviet Union.
When Rui Susheng went to study in the Soviet Union, Zhou Enlai gave them a mobilization speech. Zhou Enlai’s subordinate was Chen Yun.
Then later, Li Jinzhu became the chief secretary of Wang Zhongyu, and Wang Zhongyu was Zhu Rongji’s secretary.
It is equivalent to the entire Chinese side story, from Zhou Enlai to Chen Yun, to Li Peng, to Zhu Rongji, Li Jinzhu alone accounted for them. Let’s take a look.
Who promoted Wang Zhongyu, Zhu Rongji’s chief secretary? It was promoted by Qiang Xiaochu.
Qiang Xiaochu was the first secretary of Liaoning at that time.
Who promoted Qiang Xiaochu? Qiang Xiaochu was promoted by Song Renqiong
When Song Renqiong was the first secretary of the Northeast Bureau
Qiang Xiaochu was the secretary general of the Northeast Bureau
Later, when Song Renqiong went to the seventh-level department to serve as the minister, Qiang Xiaochu was the deputy minister
So who was Song Renqiong’s wife? Song Renqiong’s wife was Zhong Yuelin.
Zhong Yuelin was Chen Yun’s ex-wife
Some people also said that Zhong Yuelin did not formally marry Chen Yun, but just lived together or were in love
Is there any difference? No difference.
Whether it is an ex-wife, in love or cohabitation, is it the same thing? Zhong Yuelin was Chen Yun’s sex partner
Later, she became Song Renqiong’s wife, which is equivalent to
Chen Yun and Song Renqiong shared a wife
So Jiang Yikang was the same before me. Jiang Yikang was the person who scattered Deng Xiaoping’s ashes
So Chen Yun and Song Renqiong shared a wife, what else can I say? That is equivalent to
What is the relationship between Chen Yun and Song Renqiong? It is equivalent to asking what the relationship between Deng Xiaoping and Li Tieying is?
Li Tieying’s mother is Deng Xiaoping’s ex-wife, is that the only relationship?
Song Renqiong and Chen Yun shared a wife, and Song Renqiong’s henchman was Qiang Xiaochu.
He followed Song Renqiong to two places, one was the Northeast Bureau, and the other was the Seventh Ministry of Machine Building.
Wang Zhongyu, who was promoted by Qiang Xiaochu, later became Zhu Rongji’s chief secretary, and Zhu Rongji was Chen Yun’s henchman.
So it was equivalent to Li Jinzhu connecting the entire Chinese side storyline alone, not the main storyline.
So if you can understand Li Jinzhu, you can understand the entire Chinese history, and you can understand all of Chinese history.

Everyone thinks that the main storyline of China is from Mao Zedong to Hua Guofeng.
After Hua Guofeng came Deng Xiaoping, and Deng Xiaoping tried his best to erase Hua Guofeng.
But Hua Guofeng objectively existed, between Mao Zedong and Deng Xiaoping.
Hua Guofeng was once the highest leader of China. Some people say that Jiang Zemin’s handover to Hu Jintao was the first peaceful power transfer in the CCP. No, it was the first peaceful power transfer from Hua Guofeng to Deng Xiaoping. And Deng Xiaoping did not kill Hua Guofeng. Hua Guofeng died about ten years later than Deng Xiaoping. I don’t remember the exact years. As for Deng Xiaoping, the main plot is that Deng Xiaoping designated two successors. One is Jiang Zemin and the other is Hu Jintao. In fact, Jiang Zemin has Chen Yun’s background. Everyone thinks that Jiang Zemin designated Xi Jinping across generations. In fact, the real plot is not like this. The real plot in China is Zhou Enlai, the second-in-command in the Mao Zedong era. In the Mao Zedong era, everyone thought that Mao Zedong had two successors. One was Liu Shaoqi and the other was Lin Biao. Both were driven out of office and killed by Mao Zedong. In fact, let’s look back now. Who was the real second-in-command in the Mao Zedong era? It was Zhou Enlai. Zhou Enlai was the second-in-command who never fell, the real second-in-command in China. Zhou Enlai was the Premier at the time, and Chen Yun was the Vice Premier.
Deng Xiaoping was the top leader, and Chen Yun was the second-in-command during the Deng Xiaoping era. This is very simple, the facts are there.
The Central Advisory Commission, the Central Advisory Commission, existed for a total of ten years, two terms. Each term was five years, and the first term was headed by Deng Xiaoping. The second term was headed by Chen Yun. Who did Chen Yun pass the throne to? Chen Yun passed the throne to Li Peng and Zhu Rongji, and then Li Peng and Zhu Rongji passed the throne to Xi Jinping. In fact, the real storyline in China is developing along this branch line, and finally it comes to Xi Jinping.
I have said before that Chen Liangyu was arrested by Zhu Rongji, not Hu Jintao. Zhu Rongji’s henchman Gan Yisheng arrested Chen Liangyu, and then Chen Xi Jinping could take over.
The Central Advisory Commission is actually

Bo Xilai’s father, Bo Yibo, said it most clearly
I don’t know if this is Bo Yibo’s original words or if this is Bo Yibo’s general meaning, but it should be accurate.
Bo Yibo said that I followed the instructions of Comrade Xiaoping in the first Central Advisory Commission, and in this term, which refers to the second term, I followed the instructions of Comrade Chen Yun.
That is to say, the director of the first Central Advisory Commission was Deng Xiaoping, and Bo Yibo listened to Deng Xiaoping. The director of the second Central Advisory Commission was Chen Yun, so Bo Yibo listened to Chen Yun, because party spirit is more important than human nature, and he listens to whoever is in power.
The same reasoning applies to Xi Jinping’s father, Xi Zhongxun. He listened to Deng Xiaoping in the first term and Chen Yun in the second term, so Xi Jinping was able to take office, otherwise he would not have been able to take office.
That is to say, if the Chinese government must say that the Chinese government has a deep government, then who is the head of this deep government? It is Zhou Enlai and Chen Yun.
Zhou Enlai was the de facto second-in-command during the Mao Zedong era, and he never fell from power. After Zhou Enlai passed the throne to Chen Yun, Chen Yun selected two people, one was Li Peng and the other was Zhu Rongji.
In the end, Li Peng and Zhu Rongji supported Xi Jinping, which is the real story of China. Let’s take a look at China. If it is the head of this deep government, it is Chen Yun.
How powerful is Chen Yun? In fact, two generations of Chinese leaders, including Mao Zedong and Deng Xiaoping, have tried to seize power from Chen Yun.
In the end, they all ended in failure. At first, Mao Zedong set up a Planning Commission, and he wanted to seize power from Zhou Enlai.
He sent his secretary Chen Boda, and later sent Yu Qiuli to the Planning Commission.
Isn’t the Planning Commission called the Small State Council? It was originally called the Planning Commission, and now it is called the National Development and Reform Commission.
To put it bluntly, Mao Zedong wanted to seize power from Zhou Enlai. In the end, because Mao Zedong didn’t know how to do economics, he messed up, and finally Zhou Enlai and Chen Yun came out to clean up Mao Zedong’s ass.
This led to Zhou Enlai and Chen Yun’s control over the State Council, the financial sector, and the Planning Commission becoming deeper and deeper, and the final result of the game was that Mao Zedong failed.
Later, Mao Zedong created another Hua Guofeng. In fact, Hua Guofeng was created by Mao Zedong to seize power from Zhou Enlai.
When it came to Deng Xiaoping, Deng Xiaoping also sent Zhao Ziyang as the prime minister. Zhao Ziyang also created a reform commission to seize power from Chen Yun and seize the economic power of the State Council.
In the end, Deng Xiaoping also failed. After Zhao Ziyang, Hu Yaobang stepped down and Zhao Ziyang took over as general secretary. But the prime minister was given to Chen Yun’s henchman Li Peng, and Chen Yun took back the power of the State Council.
After Yu Qiuli was transferred to work in the State Planning Commission, Mao Zedong decided that Yu Qiuli would be responsible for establishing a planning staff, also known as the small planning commission, to handle major issues.
It was clear that the big planning commission was mainly responsible for the daily work of the planning commission. In terms of affiliation, Mao Zedong specifically instructed that the small planning commission should be directly led by Zhou Enlai, and the vice premiers of the State Council should not interfere in their work.
Who were the vice premiers? Wasn’t it Chen Yun? Then the first vice premier at that time should be Chen Yi, who was in charge of foreign affairs, and the second vice premier was Chen Yun, who was in charge of finance and economics.
This is why the State Council has a small special agency, the Small Planning Commission. In December 1964, at a central working meeting, Mao Zedong formally proposed that Yu Qiuli work in the State Planning Commission. When soliciting opinions, an old comrade said that Yu Qiuli was a fierce general and a pioneer. Mao Zedong disagreed with this statement. He said, “Can’t Yu Qiuli be the deputy director of the Planning Commission?” Is he just a fierce general? Does the Ministry of Petroleum also have planning work? He is asked to bring a new style. Zhou Enlai continued. Go to break through a stagnant pool of water. It can be seen that Zhou Enlai’s strategy is the same as Chen Yun’s strategy, which is to retreat in order to advance. It is obvious that Mao Zedong wanted to send Yu Qiuli to the State Council to seize Zhou Enlai’s power. Zhou Enlai said, “Go to break through a stagnant pool of water.” That is, Zhou Enlai knew that Mao Zedong wanted to seize his power, but he had to flatter and cooperate with Mao Zedong. In this way, Mao Zedong did not get rid of Zhou Enlai. Later, when Deng Xiaoping wanted to seize Chen Yun’s power, Chen Yun also retreated in order to advance. In fact, it was Deng Xiaoping who decided that Zhao Ziyang would go to Beijing. Who said this? An Ziwen said it. An Ziwen was Liu Shaoqi’s top henchman and had served as the head of the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee. His statement should be more reliable. An Ziwen said that the key to Chen Yun’s statement was the word “let”. The reason why Zhao Ziyang was allowed to do it was because Zhao Ziyang had an idea that they all agreed with, that is, Zhao Ziyang always emphasized that reform must benefit the masses. This is a nice word. In fact, An Ziwen’s statement was that Chen Yun gave up the Finance and Economics Committee. What does “let” mean? That is the Finance and Economics Committee, which belongs to Chen Yun. Deng Xiaoping sent Zhao Ziyang as the prime minister to seize power from Chen Yun, and Chen Yun had no choice. He knew that he could not defeat Deng Xiaoping, so he retreated to advance and gave up the Finance and Economics Committee to Zhao Ziyang. Chen Yun’s power in the State Council was too strong, and Zhao Ziyang could not command it at all. So Zhao Ziyang set up a Commission for Restructuring the Economic System. There was also a henchman of Chen Yun in the Commission for Restructuring the Economic System, named Xue Muqiao. So Deng Xiaoping appointed Zhao Ziyang as the prime minister in order to seize power from Chen Yun. Zhao Ziyang set up the Economic Restructuring Commission because Chen Yun’s influence in the State Council was too great and he refused to obey orders, so he set up the Economic Restructuring Commission. He attempted to hollow out the State Council and seize power. But Chen Yun also sent Xue Muqiao to the Economic Restructuring Commission. Maybe there was more than just Xue Muqiao. There were so many people at that time.

We can’t figure him out one by one.
If they were to cause trouble for Zhao Ziyang, they would not let Zhao Ziyang succeed, and Zhao Ziyang failed in the end. After Deng Xiaoping and Chen Yun teamed up to get rid of Hu Yaobang, although Zhao Ziyang was promoted to general secretary, the position of Premier of the State Council was given to Li Peng and returned to Chen Yun. So, all the things happened
Mao Zedong wanted to seize power from Zhou Enlai and Chen Yun through the State Planning Commission, his secretary Chen Boda, and one of his favorite subordinates Yu Qiuli.
In the end, it ended in failure, and Mao Zedong finally found Hua Guofeng to seize power from Zhou Enlai.
Mao Zedong let Hua Guofeng take over definitely not because Hua Guofeng was honest
There were so many honest people, such as Wu De and Wu Zhong
For example, Wang Dongxing or Jiang Qing, there were so many people loyal to Mao Zedong, why didn’t Mao Zedong let others take over, but let Hua Guofeng take over?
It was definitely not because Hua Guofeng was honest. I can talk about it a little more, why did Mao Zedong let Hua Guofeng take over?
In the summer of 1971, Mao Zedong and Hou Guizhen were so excited about having sex at Liuzhuang Hotel in Hangzhou that they tore Hou Guizhen’s pants. Hou Guizhen complained about the Dacron pants she had finally bought, which was very disappointing to Mao Zedong. He called Zhou Enlai and Hua Guofeng and asked them to produce pants. Zhou Enlai and Hua Guofeng explained to Mao Zedong that they couldn’t produce them. Why couldn’t they produce them? If they wanted to use cotton to produce pants, it is estimated that Chinese women would not be able to wear pants until now. What should they use to produce them? They must use chemical fiber. The output of pants produced by chemical fiber is 10 times or 20 times that of cotton. What about chemical fiber? They had to import ethylene equipment, that is, to refine oil, so there was the oil gang. Yu Qiuli was also a member of the oil gang before. With the oil gang, Hua Guofeng and Li Xiannian, there was the oil gang. So why did Mao Zedong let Hua Guofeng take over? It was because Mao Zedong was having sex. He tore the woman’s pants in excitement, and he felt very disappointed, so he asked Hua Guofeng to import oil equipment. Hua Guofeng, it’s not a very appropriate metaphor, Hua Guofeng is the Li Hongzhang of the late Qing Dynasty. When others were doing the Cultural Revolution and Xi Jinping was working in Liangjiahe, what was Hua Guofeng doing? He was playing with imported oil equipment and foreign trade. He was originally playing with this set of tricks, dealing with foreign countries to import equipment. So he understood all the processes of doing foreign trade and importing equipment, and he had the subsequent reform and opening up. As soon as Mao Zedong died, Hua Guofeng came to power and there was a trend of going abroad. Everyone went abroad to investigate and learn how foreign countries made these things. Why did Hua Guofeng know? It was because Mao Zedong asked Hua Guofeng to produce pants for his woman. Why did the so-called Gang of Four block the import of oil equipment during the Cultural Revolution? But at that time, no one dared to intervene because of Mao Zedong’s instructions. Mao Zedong asked Hua Guofeng to handle this matter. When Hua Guofeng was handling imported equipment and doing foreign trade, he had a certain knowledge of the economy and the State Council, and had a certain grasp of it. Mao Zedong felt that Hua Guofeng was capable of controlling the State Council, so he let Hua Guofeng take over. So Mao Zedong asked Hua Guofeng to seize power from Zhou Enlai and Chen Yun, that’s what happened. Later, Deng Xiaoping came to power because he got rid of Hua Guofeng, so he tried his best to discredit Hua Guofeng. He said that the reform and opening up were his own credit. In fact, the reform and opening up should have started in 1971 when Hua Guofeng was doing foreign trade, and accumulated experience. Only then did the reform and opening up come about.
