Chen Min’er listened to Wang Yingwei’s report
Editor’s note: Wang Yingwei was not mentioned in this report, but it was mentioned that Chen Min’er listened to the report on big data of the Guizhou Provincial Public Security Department, and Wang Yingwei was the Deputy Director of the Guizhou Provincial Public Security Department in charge of big data. Logically speaking, Wang Yingwei should have reported to Chen Min’er. This kind of report was arranged in advance. Chen Min’er’s listening to Wang Yingwei’s report may mean that Chen Min’er supports Wang Yingwei.
Chen Min’er is not Xi Jinping’s man. Chen Min’er should have been a member of the Politburo Standing Committee in 10 years. Xi Jinping has suppressed Chen Min’er for 10 years. If you still think that Chen Min’er is from Xi Jinping’s faction, then there is no need to talk about politics.
Chen Min’er emphasized during his research at the Guizhou Provincial Public Security Department: Strengthen the use of big data to escort economic and social development
On June 29, 2016, Chen Min’er, Secretary of the Guizhou Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People’s Congress Standing Committee, went to the Guizhou Provincial Public Security Department to investigate the reform and development of the public security work. He emphasized that the public security organs of the province should deeply study and apply the important instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping on public security work, faithfully perform their duties and missions, effectively serve the overall situation of the province, continuously deepen public security reforms, effectively strengthen the use of big data, and do everything possible to escort the economic and social development of the province.
Chen Yiqin, deputy secretary of the Guizhou Provincial Party Committee and secretary of the Provincial Political and Legal Affairs Commission, Liu Qifan, member of the Standing Committee of the Guizhou Provincial Party Committee and secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, and Chen Mingming, vice governor of Guizhou Province, participated in the investigation, and Guo Ruimin, member of the Party Leadership Group of the Guizhou Provincial Government and secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Public Security Department, made a report.
Chen Min’er first came to the compound of the Guizhou Provincial Public Security Department, visited the display of special public security equipment, and reviewed the Linbao Commando of the Guiyang Public Security Bureau. He said that public security officers must have both special abilities and special equipment to be able to rush forward at critical moments. At the command center of the Guizhou Provincial Public Security Department, Chen Min’er checked the operation of the visual command and dispatch platform, and connected with the front-line flood fighting officers on the scene in real time through the platform. At the Guizhou Public Security “Colorful Police Cloud” data center, Chen Min’er was very happy to learn that police big data has become an important foundation for accurately combating crime and effectively serving the people. When inspecting the case detection and technology application of the Guizhou Provincial Internet Monitoring Corps, Chen Min’er said that network security work is an important part of public security work, and we must insist on maintaining political security as the primary task and effectively build a strong network security defense line for the province’s economic and social development.
Subsequently, Chen Min’er organized a symposium, watched a special film on the construction and application of big data in the provincial public security organs, listened to the work reports of the provincial public security organs, expressed warm congratulations to the remarkable achievements made in the provincial public security work, and extended cordial condolences to the majority of public security officers. He pointed out that in recent years, the provincial public security organs have always adhered to the center and served the overall situation, and have made important contributions to maintaining social stability, promoting social fairness and justice, and ensuring that people live and work in peace and contentment. The Guizhou Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government fully affirmed the public security work of the province. It is hoped that the new team of the Guizhou Provincial Public Security Department will take the baton, run a good new journey, and strive to push the public security work of the province to a new height. The public security organs of the province should deeply study and apply the important instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping, deeply promote the construction of a safe Guizhou and a law-based Guizhou, and strive to escort the economic and social development of the province. It is necessary to ensure political firmness, always adhere to the absolute leadership of the Party over public security work, take obedience to the Party’s command as the “soul” of public security work, and always be loyal to the Party, the country, the people, and the law. We must ensure the stability of the overall situation, focus on important nodes, sensitive issues, key links and responsibility implementation, crack down on crime severely, strictly control public security, and strictly supervise safety. We must ensure fair law enforcement and strive to make the people feel social fairness and justice in every law enforcement activity and every case. We must ensure that the reform is implemented and effective, highlight problem orientation, grasp the reform pilot, and grasp the highlights of the reform. We must ensure that the application of big data is leading, strengthen the construction of big data in the public security system, and improve work efficiency. We must ensure that the team is strong and build a Guizhou public security team with strong political, strong capabilities, and strong work style.
