韩正是朱镕基和习近平的马仔，和江泽民无关

1991年5月，37岁的韩正任共青团上海市委书记。1992年11月，38岁的韩正任卢湾区代区长后转正。这两次晋升，当时的上海市委书记是朱镕基马仔吴邦国（1991年3月20日－1994年9月28日）。吴邦国任上海市委书记的时候，邓小平是一把手，当时还没有九二南巡，邓小平落下风。陈云是中顾委主任，陈云马仔陈国栋是上海顾问委员会主任。陈云和陈国栋才是上海的太上皇，江泽民一个总书记，不过中国的三把手。胡耀邦和赵紫阳都要听邓小平和陈云的，江泽民凭什么不听？
1995年7月，41岁的韩正任上海市人民政府副秘书长，当时的上海市长是朱镕基马仔徐匡迪（1995年2月－2001年12月）。当时的上海市委书记黄菊（1994年9月28日－2002年10月22日）可能是邓小平派系的。韩正完美的避开了市委去了市政府。
1997年12月，43岁的韩正任上海市委常委。省委常委级别的人选需要政治局常委会讨论，此时李鹏和朱镕基是政治局常委。2002年5月，48岁的韩正任中共上海市委副书记、上海市副市长。 2003年2月，49岁的韩正任上海市长。这三次晋升都是李鹏和朱镕基所为，李鹏和朱镕基在退休前把韩正提拔为上海市长。
在胡锦涛和温家宝执政期间，韩正除了短暂兼任半年的上海市委书记后来很快被邓小平派系的俞正声取代，整个10年韩正未获晋升。
2012年11月，习近平上台的同时，58岁的韩正进入政治局，兼任上海市委书记。等于韩正整个仕途的晋升和江泽民、胡锦涛和温家宝无关。都是李鹏、朱镕基，吴邦国，习近平提拔的。李鹏、朱镕基，吴邦国，习近平都是陈云派系的。

邓小刚，现任农业部副部长。1998年10月，31岁的邓小刚任北京市计划委员会委员（副局级），当时的北京市常务副市长是金人庆（1995年10月 – 1998年4月），北京市计委主任是袁振宇。所以提拔邓小刚的人是朱镕基马仔金人庆。完全符合正部级35岁定律，即省委书记或省长要在35岁之前认识总书记或总理本人，才能当上省长。
沈莹，现任统战部正部级。1996年12月-1999年5月，31岁的沈莹任国家国有资产管理局科研所外研室主任（其间：1997年10月 – 1998年1月中央党校中央国家机关分校学习）。当时的所长是魏杰，魏杰曾经发表跪舔朱镕基的无耻言论。完全符合正部级35岁定律，即省委书记或省长要在35岁之前认识总书记或总理本人，才能当上省长。
王陆进，现任河北副书记，2000年6月-2004年3月，32岁的王陆进任国家税务总局办公厅综合调研处处长。当时的国税总局局长是朱镕基的铁杆亲信金人庆。

In August 1988, 34-year-old Han Zheng was appointed as the deputy director and party secretary of Shanghai Greater China Rubber Factory. During this period, Zhu Rongji, then mayor of Shanghai, went to inspect, proving that Han Zheng was a lackey of Zhu Rongji. In July 1995, 41-year-old Han Zheng was appointed as Deputy Secretary-General of the Shanghai Municipal People’s Government, and the Mayor of Shanghai at that time was Zhu Rongji’s henchman Xu Kuangdi (February 1995 – December 2001).
In December 1997, 43-year-old Han Zheng was appointed as a member of the Standing Committee of the Shanghai Municipal Party Committee. Candidates at the level of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee need to be discussed by the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau, and at this time Li Peng and Zhu Rongji were members of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau. In May 2002, 48-year-old Han Zheng was appointed as Deputy Secretary of the Shanghai Municipal Party Committee and Deputy Mayor of Shanghai. In November 2012, when Xi Jinping came to power, 58-year-old Han Zheng entered the Politburo and concurrently served as the Secretary of the Shanghai Municipal Party Committee.
