万速成，男，汉族。 现任中华人民共和国中央人民政府驻澳门特别行政区联络办公室宣传文化部部长。
万速成是习近平派系官员。最早由周强提拔，周强是肖扬秘书，肖扬是习仲勋在广东清远市提拔的马仔。后来提拔万速成的陆昊是朱镕基提拔的，陆昊在北京清河卖光工厂设备，扭亏为盈得到朱镕基赏识，朱镕基是陈云，李鹏，习近平派系的官员。
履历
曾任共青团中央团中央宣传部副部长，团中央组织部副部长。
2006年5月29日，万速成任共青团中央信息化工作领导小组办公室副主任。当时的小组长是周强，常务副组长是杨岳。

团中央组织部部长万速成到同济调研
2014年3月18日下午，团中央常委、组织部部长万速成一行来到同济座谈调研，就如何做好“服务型团组织建设”与各高校团委书记及青年代表进行了深入探讨。上海团市委副书记徐彬、同济大学党委常委徐建平、团市委组织部部长姚强等参加座谈。
万速成一行首先参观了同济创业谷及同济大学中芬中心，了解了同济创业谷及中芬中心的建设背景、功能空间、运营情况、团队项目及建设目标等情况。
在随后举行的座谈会上，万速成听取了各与会高校团委书记关于建设服务型团组织的经验交流。校团委负责人就团组织服务大学生创新创业进行了介绍；复旦大学团委书记高天介绍了复旦大学学生会建设和社团管理情况；上海交通大学团委副书记解志韬介绍了上海交通大学大学生科技创新情况；华东师范大学团委书记俞世恩介绍了团组织服务困难群体的情况；上海财经大学团委书记褚华介绍了团组织开展课外体育锻炼活动的相关情况；上海海洋大学团委书记夏雅敏就基层团支部建设进行介绍；上海市学生联合会执行主席朱薛伟介绍了新媒体建设及课外体育锻炼活动的开展情况。最后，万速成与各高校团委书记及同济大学青年学生代表围绕服务青年需求、夯实基础团建、培养社会责任、融入新媒体运用等方面交换了进行了热烈交流。
万速成表示，做好“服务型团组织建设”必须在抓好基层组织体系建设、锻造团干队伍、实实在在为团员青年服务上下工夫，团组织要把握好“服务大局、服务青年”的要求，结合当前新形势整合资源，找准服务型团组织建设的着力点，增强团员青年的责任感和归属感，扩大团组织的凝聚力和有效覆盖面。团中央下沉干部万速成部长到湖南省衡阳市蒸湘区指导工作
2017年3月8日上午，团中央组织部部长、直属机关党委副书记万速成带队下沉我区指导工作。副市长、区委书记周玉梅，团市委书记刘英，区领导袁谷平、于德辉、尹熙明、谢斌、罗琼出席见面会。
会上，万速成介绍了开展“常态化下沉基层工作”的背景、意义和目的，并表示工作组将积极借助“常态化下沉基层”这一载体，认真服务基层，不辜负大家对“常态化下沉基层”干部的期望。下沉组会在这四个月工作期间，围绕改革攻坚、从严治团多为地方办实事。并充分挖掘好的典型，总结好经验，把好的成果带回去。
周玉梅表示，区委一直以来都高度重视共青团和青年工作，坚持党建带团建，注重顶层设计，推进全面从严治团。她希望，团中央领导在下沉我区期间，多为我区发展传经送宝，多提良方良策。

文化产业奖励颁奖礼今举行
2021年10月29日下午6时，文化产业基金在澳门世贸中心莲花厅举办了首届“文化产业奖励”颁奖礼，表彰了12个在创意设计和文化展演领域的本地企业和团体。
颁奖嘉宾包括社会文化司司长代表何钰珊主任、中央人民政府驻澳门特别行政区联络办公室宣传文化部部长万速成、文化产业基金行政委员会主席林韵妮、文化局局长穆欣欣，以及文化产业奖励评审委员会代表陆波。
林韵妮主席在致辞中表示，经过特区政府多年的推动和业界的积极努力，澳门的文化产业在促进经济多元化方面取得了显著成效。为表彰在推动澳门文化产业发展中做出突出贡献的企业、个人和团体，文化产业基金举办了首届“文化产业奖励”。本届奖励计划颁发了创意设计范畴的“优秀文产企业奖”和文化展演范畴的“优秀文产项目奖”。特区政府将继续按照《澳门特别行政区文化产业发展政策框架(2020年至2024年)》的目标，推动文化产业的持续发展，期望文创业界能抓住粤港澳大湾区及横琴粤澳深度合作的发展机遇，稳步前进。

Wan Sucheng, Director of the Organization Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League, visited Tongji University for research
On the afternoon of March 18, 2014, Wan Sucheng, member of the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League and Minister of the Organization Department, came to Tongji University for a discussion and research, and had an in-depth discussion with the secretaries of the Communist Youth League Committees and youth representatives of various universities on how to do a good job in “building a service-oriented league organization”. The Cultural Industry Awards Ceremony was held today
At 6 pm on October 29, 2021, the Cultural Industry Fund held the first “Cultural Industry Awards” ceremony in the Lotus Hall of the Macau World Trade Center, recognizing 12 local enterprises and groups in the fields of creative design and cultural performances.
The award presenters included Director Ho Yushan, representative of the Secretary for Social Affairs and Culture, Wan Sucheng, Director of the Publicity and Culture Department of the Liaison Office of the Central People’s Government in the Macao Special Administrative Region, Lin Yunni, Chairman of the Administrative Committee of the Cultural Industry Fund, Mu Xinxin, Director of the Cultural Affairs Bureau, and Lu Bo, representative of the Cultural Industry Awards Evaluation Committee.
In her speech, Chairman Lin Yunni said that after years of promotion by the SAR government and the active efforts of the industry, Macau’s cultural industry has achieved remarkable results in promoting economic diversification. In order to recognize enterprises, individuals and groups that have made outstanding contributions to the development of Macau’s cultural industry, the Cultural Industry Fund held the first “Cultural Industry Awards”. This award program awarded the “Excellent Cultural Industry Enterprise Award” in the creative design category and the “Excellent Cultural Industry Project Award” in the cultural performance category. The SAR Government will continue to promote the sustainable development of the cultural industry in accordance with the goals of the “Macao Special Administrative Region Cultural Industry Development Policy Framework (2020-2024)”, hoping that the cultural and creative industry can seize the development opportunities of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and the in-depth cooperation between Guangdong and Macao in Hengqin and move forward steadily.
Based on the evaluation criteria, the judging committee selected 8 “Excellent Cultural Industry Enterprise Awards” in the creative design category, including Zhi Design Co., Ltd., which won the Lotus Silver Award, Mingyue Co., Ltd., which won the Lotus Bronze Award, and MCDC Macau Design Center Co., Ltd., Yuanzhi Dongyu Design and Fangmu Creative Planning Studio, Tongdian Design Planning Co., Ltd., Houlang Design Co., Ltd., Yujian Culture Co., Ltd. and Shang Fashion, which won the Excellence Award.
