中南海枪战，防守方中央警卫局局长周洪许的派系分析

前几天传言中南海枪战
说老实话，我对着传言的真假一点兴趣都没有
以前的确发生过上访的人在中南海旁边放鞭炮
听上去也是枪声大作啊
首先
我们也不是中央警卫局局长
到底发生了什么，或者压根什么都没有发生
这是一件既无法证实，也无法证伪的事情
中南海到底有没有枪战，无非就是这么几种情况
一是压根就没有发生
二是发生了，但是被习包子镇压下去了
三是习包子被打败了
既然，没有人能拿出来证据，又凭什么说没有发生呢？
从立场上来说，正常人不应该看热闹不嫌事儿大吗？
不应该是这种态度吗？
如果拿不出证据，又要替习包子辩护
那不是立场问题吗？那不就是共产党吗？
上上期说了82军军长付先学和军委副主席范长龙的派系
其实人事是最不容易变的
这些人事资料可能10年后，20年后还有用
因为我现在参考的很多人事资料
都是很多年前的
其实有的资料越是早期的，反而被篡改的越少
而且早期的资料
与现在的资料一比对，反而能看出来端倪来了
比如今天我要给大家分享的资料
是2022年的

中央警卫局局长周洪许的资料
这个人的位置是特别的重要
因为前年写的，当时火箭军还没有被大清洗呢
现在火箭军已经被清洗了
但凡有点脑子的人，屁股又不坐在共产党那边
这火箭军发生了什么，不言而喻吧
当时我就对火箭军贪腐的传闻不屑一顾
不是我不相信解放军贪腐
如果是汽油，柴油，那肯定早就被解放军给卖了
关键火箭燃料，导弹的燃料是偏二甲肼
这是一种毒药，一种炸弹，卖给谁啊

随便看两分钟的资料
看见过导弹燃料加注的照片
就不会相信这么剧毒的东西，能卖得出去
我们看这篇文章，是宋征时写的
叫做《中共二十大代表周洪许的民间档案》
首先我惊诧于宋征时这个人强大资料搜集能力
和思维混乱程度
整个这篇文章长达20万字
太夸张了
不可能都念
我捡重点给大家念一下
其实宋征时自己也发现自己依据的理论自相矛盾
发现矛盾了
他还不觉得是理论错了吗？
就像共产主义在所有的国家都失败了
难道不是要反思一下是不是共产主义本身就是错的
而不是说，共产主义的执行者的问题
对不对
我们今天讨论两个问题
首先，周洪许到底是不是中央警卫局的局长
第二，如果是
周洪许到底是习包子的人还是其他两个老东西的人
从周洪许的简历可以得知，他当年任团长的原成都军区第14集团军第40丛林战步兵师炮兵团(1980年代番号一度为昆明军区第14军第4炮兵师第18炮兵团)，驻扎于云南省曲靖市。
曲靖市是云南的第二大城市，
无论经济上还是政治上都是云南省第二重要的城市
前几期我做过节目，云南省曲靖市刚刚被大清洗过
也就是前后两任市委书记肯定不是一个派系的
才会大清洗
其实曲靖市离越南还挺远的
甚至比昆明市离越南还远
曲靖市地处乌蒙山脉南麓，炮兵团团歌也名为《前进，英雄的乌蒙铁军！》，因而该团有“乌蒙铁军”之称。那么，周洪许是如何从乌蒙山麓走向北京城、从而成为“中南海一号保镖”的呢？
下面这一段话就是导致，宋政时
虽然资料特别丰富，但是整个分析都跑偏了
最重要的原因是框架错了
宋政时是怎么说的
错误的分析
就2002年秋中共十六大至2012年秋十八大这一胡锦涛执政时期而言，党内高层主要有三大派系：前党魁江泽民为首的“江派”、时任党魁胡锦涛为首的共青团派即“团派”、中共1949年建政后第一代高层领导人子女自成派系的“太子党”。总体上，“江派”强势而胜过一筹，“团派”虽弱势但并不甘居下风；“太子党”大部分人如张海阳(其父张震为1955年授衔的上将)则从旁观望、持表面中立态度，少数人如薄熙来(其父薄一波曾任国务院副总理)与“江派”结盟，另有少数人如李源潮(其父李干城曾任上海市副市长)同时也属于“团派”。
这段话几乎是错漏百出
首先宋政时自己说的话就自相矛盾
这一段也不一定是宋征时自己说，可能是抄过来，
但是抄别人的也要自己考虑一下对不对
他自己说了，江派的首领是江泽民，团派的首领是胡锦涛
那么太子党呢？或者叫红二代，他们的首领是谁？是薄熙来吗？
没有首领就不是一个派系
事实上就没有太子党红二代这个派系，
太子党红二代分别属于不同的派系
俞正声、刘源、张海阳这些红二代属于邓小平派系
叶剑英的孩子，曾庆红他们属于石油帮
薄熙来，刘亚洲，朱和平，习近平他们属于陈云派系
所以根本就没有红二代太子党这个派系
他们分别属于三个派系
把他们混为一谈
自然只能得出错误的结论
张海阳是张震的儿子
张震是邓小平安排进军委保护胡锦涛的
保证江哈能传位给胡锦涛的
宋征时写中央警卫局局长这篇文章的时候
火箭军大清洗还没有发生
现在火箭军已经被大清洗了
上门去背书火箭军副司令吴国华的是张震的另外一个儿子张小阳
现在还能再说张海阳是红二代吗？
没有红二代这个派系
张海阳就是邓小平胡锦涛派系的
作为北京军区副政委，张海阳下老部队第27集团军、去薛爱国的防空旅蹲点，当时曾与周洪许不期而遇，对这位后来成为自己部下的校级军官印象相当不错：
2005年秋天，炮兵某团团长周洪许到北京参加完一个会议，独自一人顺道跑到防空旅参观学习。当时，我（这里我就是张震的儿子张海阳）正在防空旅蹲点，听说他来了，约他见了面，一起吃了个早餐。 小伙子很年轻，研究生毕业，刚上任不久，比较腼腆，一说话就脸红。我问了炮兵某团的近况，赞扬他视野开阔，思想敏锐，懂得学习先进经验，让他顺便再到西柏坡看看。他说时间来不及了，以后有机会再去，上午就回部队去了。
这件事给我印象很深
这段话是怎么回事儿呢
当时中国军队树了两个典型，一个是胡锦涛亲信张海阳蹲点的27军防空旅
后来
27军被习包子给撤销了，撤销原因不言自明
另一个典型，就是
周洪许所在的云南14军炮兵团
所以周洪许一开始就是当作重点对象在培养的
那么周洪许被胡锦涛的亲信张海阳关照过
中央警卫局局长周洪许是不是就是胡锦涛的人呢
事情没有那么简单
我们继续往下看
2008年5月12日，四川汶川发生特大地震，炮兵某团千里机动，赶赴重灾区绵竹市汉旺镇，团长周洪许、政委曾祥明带领官兵冒着余震飞石，徒步翻山越岭，跋涉8个小时，赶到与世隔绝的“孤岛”清平，转移出200多名被围困群众。后又接到紧急通知，再次冒着死亡威胁，跋涉五个多小时，到达云湖国家森林公园，救出17名中科院专家成都军区报请党中央和中央军委表彰炮兵某团为“全国抗震救灾英雄集体”，给团长周洪许记了一等功。
从张海阳的这篇文章中也可以看出，他对薛爱国、周洪许都提携有加，堪称二者的“贵人”。
而胡锦涛也的确去成都军区云南的部队视察过
这是胡锦涛视察14军另一个步兵连
当时就是胡锦涛的亲信张海阳陪同
那么周洪许既然很可能是胡锦涛的亲信张海阳提拔的
那么中央警卫局局长周洪许是不是就是胡锦涛的人呢？
我知道大家对习包子下台的心情都很迫切
都是事情没有那么简单
张海阳于2014年底至2015年初期间从第二炮兵政委任上退役之际，薛爱国任职北京军区第27集团军最后一任军长(2011年2月至2016年8月)，周洪许则担任成都军区司令部军训部最后一任部长(2014年6月前至2015年8月后)。因为此后不久的2016年2月，七大军区在中共的军队改革中撤销， 五大战区随之设立。
北京军区第27集团军2016年3月转隶中部战区陆军，集团军建制约于当年8月撤销，不过军长薛爱国升任中部战区陆军副司令员。防空旅情况不详。
成都军区第14集团军2016年转隶南部战区陆军，集团军建制于2017年撤销。炮兵团于2017年4月29日整建制转隶南部战区陆军某旅。
第27集团军建制撤销，多少与该集团军因1989年“六四”时残暴镇压北京学生、市民而遗留的狼藉声名有关，因为中共最高层有淡化老百姓历史记忆的需要。
这就是扯淡，所以我说这个宋征时思维混乱
撤销的原因很明显是因为
这支军队27军当时不是习包子掌握
所以才撤销
而第14集团军建制撤销，则是由于该集团军在2012年中共十八大之前涉嫌卷入薄熙来的政变图谋。
这个说法也是很值得商榷的
撤销的原因很复杂，要仔细的看
说是撤销其实只是打散了，重新合并，
不管怎么说当时的
第14集团军军长是周小周
周小周的派系我知道，写文章的宋征时他不知道
所以他很多分析就不对
周洪许的派系大概是这样的
周洪许担任炮兵团长期间，14军军长是赵宗岐和周小舟
成都军区政委是张海阳
张海阳是胡锦涛亲信
关键就是搞清楚赵宗岐和周小周
好巧不巧，这两个人是一个派系的
2008年5月，第14集团军赴四川汶川地震灾区抢险救灾，周小周和周洪许两人在行动中更是互动默契。2008年5月14日，周洪许率炮兵团数百名官兵从绵竹市汉旺镇出发进入重灾区清平乡之后，曾与外界失去无线通讯联系达32小时以上；而当周洪许用新配发的无线通讯设备重新联系上位于汉旺镇的第14集团军抗震救灾前线指挥部时，那边拿着话筒的正是军长周小周。在此无线通讯联系中断的时间段内，周小周给过炮兵团一纸命令：立即前往位于同一片重灾区内的云湖国家森林公园救援中国科学院成都生物研究所的18名专家。该纸命令及新配发的无线通讯设备，均交由炮兵团装备处处长赵岗等人携带，徒步进入余震频发的险区送达周洪许手中。
这个时候，谁都没有想到另外一个人出现了
周洪许当时与郭伯雄(1999年授衔上将)也有交集。一位报告文学作者记录了2008年5月14日发生在四川省德阳市绵竹市汉旺镇东方汽轮机厂厂区的事情——
上午10时左右，五连政治指导员雍小波正带着一个排在东汽厂区搜救，突然看见来了一长串小车，小车上走下了几位将军，将军们一下子就被在场的军地领导和记者们包围了起来。
雍小波等炮团官兵们认出来了，这几位将军是中央军委副主席郭伯雄上将等军委领导——炮团在开赴“抗震救灾前方”的前一天，他们刚来炮团视察过……
“炮团的部队在哪里？”一位将军问道。
“报告首长，炮团二营五连正在搜救，请您指示！五连政治指导员雍小波！”
雍小波跑步向前，向首长们立正敬礼，汇报情况。
这马屁精，把自己名字都报上去了，就怕领导不认识他
当然了
这也可能就是军队的规矩
首长们认真听取了汇报后，特地从在场的军地领导人群中叫出了炮团团长周洪许。
“这次抗震救灾，你们炮团要榜上有名！”
军委副主席郭伯雄上将握着周洪许的手说。
这个情节还是挺值的分析的
首先郭伯雄我没有深入分析
我们暂且认为，郭伯雄就是江蛤的人
不管郭伯雄能不能叫出周洪许的名字
有一点可以肯定
郭伯雄知道14军炮兵团
因为这是共军全军树立的两个典型之一
都是安排好的
就是要给炮兵团机会，去立功
郭伯雄作为军委副主席，为什么要给周洪许立功的机会呢？
这个肯定涉及到了高层的内容了，
因为郭伯雄自己就是军委副主席啊
没想到郭伯雄都出来了
当天中午时分，周洪许向地方领导机构请战要去重灾区清平乡。对方同意了炮兵团的请战要求，并对周洪许说，“告诉你吧，其实陪同军委首长来的成都军区张海阳政委刚才已经给我们打了招呼，要把你们团放到最艰苦最危险的环境中去！”
张海阳打招呼要关照周洪许
从张海阳这里来说，周洪许算是胡锦涛的亲信
我们看下面这一段
就是扯淡了
薄熙来去云南昆明喂鸽子
我觉得这就是强行加戏，纯属节目效果，没什么道理
2012年3月薄熙来事发后，张海阳(时任第二炮兵政委)也曾放弃中立态度，随同刘源(其父刘少奇)、王军(其父王震)、朱和平(其祖父朱德)等“太子党”致信中南海，为薄熙来说情。
这段话就纯属扯淡
就没有太子党
张海阳和刘源是邓小平胡锦涛派系的
朱和平呢，朱德有可能周恩来这个派系，周恩来和陈云薄一波都是一个派系的
因此朱和平有可能替薄熙来说情
张海阳和刘源看热闹还来不及呢
怎么可能替薄熙来说情
所以这些传言都是瞎编的
节目效果
这个假消息唯一的作用就是在于
让我们猜一下
为什么会有人编这种假消息，目的是什么，对不对
如第14集团军时任军长周小周，虽然在2012年2月至3月涉嫌卷入、支持薄熙来谋反，但仍然于同年7月升任成都军区参谋长，2013年由少将晋升中将，2014年(至2015年)升任成都军区副司令员，约2016年才淡出
所以这种说法不是完全扯淡吗？
周小周卷入薄熙来政变
还能连升两级，
这不是就说明，要么根本就没有所谓的政变
就是为了节目效果瞎编的

偏偏黄奇帆和薄熙来如鱼得水
黄奇帆是吴邦国提拔的
吴邦国就是陈云的马仔
吴邦国是1991年担任上海市委书记
吴邦国和习包子都是八九六四之后，九二南巡之前
提拔的官员
这期间都是陈云说了算
现在卷入薄熙来政变案周小周提拔的周洪许
当上了中央警卫局的局长
说个大白话就是薄熙来亲信在保卫习近平
说明薄熙来政变这是瞎编的啊

当时的北京卫戍区司令叫做刘逢君
刘逢君是什么背景我不知道啊

周小周他爸周衣冰也担任过北京军区司令副司令和司令
时间上没有交集，但是相隔只有4年
这不就很明显了吗？
周小周就是他爸周衣冰托关系提拔的
大家都是北京军区的，提拔一下老首长的儿子，对不对
