黎火辉(1963年10月 – ),江西省丰城市拖船镇人。中国人民解放军中将。中共第十九届中央委员。现任中国陆军副司令员。

传言黎火辉2024年9月16日被抓,从简历上,黎火辉毫无疑问是习近平的嫡系马仔。从传言陆军政委秦树桐被抓,到传言陆军副司令黎火辉被抓。毫无疑问,习近平失去对南部战区的控制之后,现在已经失去了对中国陆军的控制。

生平

国防大学基本系毕业。曾任第31集团军(现为陆军第七十三集团军)第91师273团团长,期间三十一军的军长是林炳尧(1997年2月—2000年12月),赵克石(2000年12月—2004年7月),蔡英挺(2004年7月—2007年9月)。

陆军第十二集团军现为陆军第七十一集团军

三支海防部队转隶海军陆战队

❶海防13师

该部前身最远可追溯至1932年9月,由兰田暴动发展而来的“闽东工农游击第一支队”。抗战时期,在苏中地区坚持抗敌斗争。

抗战胜利后,编入华中野战军,为其第七纵队。

历史传承如下:

华中野第7纵队 ➠ 华野第11纵队第31旅 ➠ 三野29军第85师(辖253『253团参加了金门战役』、254、255团) ➠ 福建军区步兵第85师 ➠ 水兵师(欠炮兵团) ➠ 福建军区水兵师(各团依次改称水兵第1、2、3团) ➠ 守备第27旅(水兵第1、3团) ➠ 守备88团

1959年10月,在惠安组建守备第八师,下辖守备88团和守备95团,以及榴炮营等分队,担负莆田至晋江地段海防守备任务。1962年,增建守备97团

1969年11月,守备第八师改称福州军区守备第三师,守备95团编为9团,守备97团编为10团,守备88团编为11团,并在师榴炮营基础上组建师属炮兵团。

1985年10月,百万大裁军中福州军区撤销,守备3师转隶改编为南京军区守备13师。

1993年1月,改为南京军区海防第13师,下辖50团、51团和炮兵团。该师虽说是海防师建制,但却素以训练严格著称,战斗力不逊色于当时31集团军的野战师。

2017年2月14日,根据中央军委命令,海防第13师整建制转隶海军。

❷海防11师

该部前身为1959年10月组建的福建省军区守备第七师。

1969年11月,守备7师复隶福州军区,改称为福州军区守备第一师,原辖守备94团、93团分别编为守备1团、2团。

1970年1月,原守备72团(前身为1949年11月组建的福建省军区警备8团,后来发展为边防23团)编入守备1师,为守备3团。

1976年1月,守备2团调往江西省军区,编为独立师1团。

1984年守备1师侦察代表队获得福州军区侦察大比武六项全能总分第一名的好成绩。

1985年8月,百万大裁军中福州军区撤销,守备1师随之撤编,所属部队(1团、3团)分别编为南京军区守备12师的守备41团和43团。

1987年7月,以南京军区守备41、43团为基础组建南京军区守备第十一旅。

1988年12月,更名为南京军区海防第十一旅。

2017年军改后,海防11旅改编为海陆某旅。

❸海防7团8团

1969年11月,青岛市人民武装部与守备19师(1952年5月,公安14师和公安13师合并为新的公安第14师。1952年7月公安14师(欠公安第41团)调驻山东青岛。1956年10月,改为中国人民解放军守备第19师)合并组建青岛警备区,执行军级权限。

1970年2月,青岛警备区正式成立,原守备19师所辖的守备35、48和49团,依次改成守备18、19和20团。辖内50团改番号为济南军区守备第21团。1970年5月,编入济南军区守备第17团。

1976年12月,守备第18团改编为青岛警备区炮兵团。

1978年4月,济南军区守备第3师(1969年12月09日,守备第20师改称济南军区守备第3师,辖守备第7、8、9团)番号撤销,青岛警备区与济南军区守备第3师合编,升格为正军级单位。

1978年8月3日,济南军区守备一师4团划归青岛警备区建制领导,改称青岛警备区守备第4团。

1985年10月,青岛军分区(1983年11月11日,奉济南军令,将青岛市人民武装部改称青岛军分区,仍执行师级权限)并入青岛警备区,组编为师级单位,隶属山东省军区。

The 12th Army Group of the Army is now the 71st Army Group of the Army
In January 2011, Li Huohui was appointed Chief of Staff of the 12th Army Group of the Army (now the 71st Army Group of the Army), and was promoted to the rank of Major General in 2012. In July 1952, the 14th Public Security Division (minus the 41st Public Security Regiment) was transferred to Qingdao, Shandong. In February 1970, the Qingdao Garrison District was officially established. The 35th, 48th and 49th Garrison Regiments under the original 19th Garrison Division were changed to the 18th, 19th and 20th Garrison Regiments respectively. The 50th Regiment under its jurisdiction was renamed the 21st Garrison Regiment of the Jinan Military Region.
