习近平秘书韩世明简历

2002年11月－2007年3月，31岁的韩世明在浙江省委办公厅机要处，担任习近平的机要秘书。因为韩世明跟随习近平去上海，去中央党校，已经被证实是假消息，和韩世明的简历冲突。因此习近平在浙江期间，韩世明是习近平的机要秘书，也是瞎编。还三级主任科员？这个是2019年才有的，2007年哪里有三级主任科员？张嘴就来。但是韩世明的确是习近平的秘书，但2007年根本没有三级主任科员这种东西。

2007年9月，36岁的韩世明任杭州市江干区副区长。当时的杭州市长是蔡奇 (2007年4月 – 2010年7月)，蔡奇担任杭州市长5个月后，提拔了韩世明。

2011年12月至2012年6月6日，40岁的韩世明曾代理杭州市委党史研究室主任，2012年6月6日，韩卫任杭州市委党史研究室主任，韩世明不再代管。

2012年6月至2013年8月，41岁的韩世明任中共杭州市直属机关工作委员会书记。2013年8月，占仁义任中共杭州市直属机关工作委员会书记，韩世明不再担任。一个月之后2013年9月，龚正接替黄坤明担任杭州市委书记，因此韩世明和龚正没有交集。

2013年8月，42岁的韩世明调入中央办公厅工作，继续担任习近平秘书。

2014年3月27日，蔡奇被免去浙江省人民政府副省长职务，调任新成立的中央国家安全委员会办公室副主任。因此，韩世明比蔡奇进入中央的时间还早。是习近平直接把韩世明调入中办的，与蔡奇无关。蔡奇和黄坤明只是两个马屁精，知道韩世明是习近平秘书就拼命提拔。

2022年7月19日，中国共产党中央和国家机关代表会议选举产生出席党的二十大代表293名，名单中包含韩世明。这条消息证明韩世明在蔡奇担任中办主任之前已经长期在中办工作，蔡奇只是一个小马仔。

Han Shiming, born in August 1971, is from Shaoxing, Zhejiang. He joined the Communist Party of China in March 1994 and started working in July 1992. Cai Zhongguang and Teng Yong participated in Zhou Jiangyong’s corruption. In order to avoid getting burned, Xi Jinping has ordered Teng Yong to commit suicide. Xi Jinping’s Secretary Han Shiming’s resume
From November 2002 to March 2007, 31-year-old Han Shiming served as Xi Jinping’s confidential secretary in the Confidential Office of the General Office of the Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee. Because Han Shiming followed Xi Jinping to Shanghai and the Central Party School, it has been confirmed to be false news, which conflicts with Han Shiming’s resume. In September 2007, 36-year-old Han Shiming was appointed deputy mayor of Jianggan District, Hangzhou. The mayor of Hangzhou at that time was Cai Qi (April 2007 – July 2010). Five months after Cai Qi took office as the mayor of Hangzhou, he promoted Han Shiming.

On March 8, 2008, the Hangzhou Municipal Government decided to rename the Hangzhou Municipal Leading Group for Paired Support to the Three Gorges Reservoir Area Migrants and Paired Support to Sichuan Poverty Alleviation as the Hangzhou Municipal Leading Group for Paired Support, and adjusted the members of the leading group. Group leader: Tong Guili, deputy group leaders: Dong Zude (Municipal Government) and Zhou Kaijiang (Municipal Economic Cooperation Office). Members include Han Shiming (Jianggan District Government). From 2011 to May 30, 2012, 40-year-old Han Shiming served as deputy secretary-general of the Hangzhou Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China and executive deputy director of the Office of the Hangzhou Urban-Rural Regional Coordinated Development Working Committee. At that time, the Secretary of Hangzhou Municipal Party Committee was Huang Kunming (February 2012-September 2013).

From December 2011 to June 6, 2012, 40-year-old Han Shiming served as the acting director of the Party History Research Office of the Hangzhou Municipal Party Committee. On June 6, 2012, Han Wei served as the director of the Party History Research Office of the Hangzhou Municipal Party Committee, and Han Shiming no longer served as the acting director.

From June 2012 to August 2013, 41-year-old Han Shiming served as the Secretary of the CPC Hangzhou Municipal Directly Affiliated Organs Working Committee. In August 2013, Zhan Renyi served as the Secretary of the CPC Hangzhou Municipal Directly Affiliated Organs Working Committee, and Han Shiming no longer served as the Secretary. One month later, in September 2013, Gong Zheng replaced Huang Kunming as the Secretary of Hangzhou Municipal Party Committee, so Han Shiming and Gong Zheng had no intersection.
