“1.17”东城区陈树荣被杀案现场情况

2012年1月17日18时44分，我支队接总队值班室布警：东城区西香河园乙5号院3号楼X单元XXX室内有一男子死亡。赵鲁燕副总队长指示：一支队出现场。接报后，我支队赵斌支队长即带领六中队侦查员赶赴现场，会同市局情报信息中心、十二总队、网安总队、刑侦总队七支队、八大队及东城分局刑侦支队成立专案组开展工作。刑侦总队副总队长赵鲁燕、东城分局副分局长艾长庚等领导亲临现场指导工作。现场情况如下：

一、案件基本情况

（一）接报警情况

经访问报警人夏新（女，24岁，东城区人）得知：2012年1月17日17时45分许，其下班后返回位于东城区西香河园乙5号院3号楼X单元XXX室的居住地，见外层防盗门虚掩，内层木门锁闭，呼叫无应答。夏新用钥匙打开木门后，发现姥爷陈树荣（男，74岁，东城区人）躺在卧室内地面上，头面部及周围地面上有大量血迹，已无生活反应，另房内物品凌乱，翻动较大。夏新即手机拨打“110”、“120”报警，急救医生到达现场后，确定陈树荣已死亡。

（二）死者基本情况

陈树荣，男，74岁，户籍地及现住址：东城区西香河园乙5号3楼X单元XXX号，身份证号：，北京阀门厂退休职工，座机：64646572。

二、现场勘查及法医检验情况

经勘查，现场位于东城区西香河园乙5号院3号楼X单元XXX号，该房为两室一厅一厨一卫结构，房门朝东。房门共两层，外层为铁质栅栏防盗门，内侧为木质门，两层门锁均完好，无暴力开启痕迹。房内南侧由东向西依次为主卧室、次卧室，西侧为卫生间，北侧为厨房，中心现场位于主卧室内。死者头东北脚西南仰卧于主卧室内地面上，上穿红灰色相间的羽绒服，下穿灰色秋裤，脚穿黑色布鞋，胸部及腹部有抽屉、衣物等物品遮掩。现场各个房间内均有明显翻动痕迹。为保护现场，暂未清点财物丢失情况。

在尸体头面部及周围地面上有大量血迹，在卫生间南侧地面上提取多处滴落血迹，另现场提取可疑血足迹及灰尘足迹一种。

经法医检验，死者颈部左侧有一处刺切创，颈前部有两处锐器刺创。作案工具为锐器，死亡时间应系2012年1月17日14时许，死亡原因系失血性休克死亡。

三、前期工作情况

经访问报警人夏新、死者女儿陈胜玲（女，49岁，东城区人）得知：死者平时与女儿陈胜玲、外孙女夏新三人共同居住于现场，1月17日8时40分许，陈与夏新先后离家去上班，死者独自在家，当天17时45分许，夏新下班回至家中即发现死者遇害。现场单元楼有门禁系统，外人进单元楼门时须按对应门牌号的门铃，由房主在屋内开启单元楼门。因夏新常有网购的习惯，死者除快递人员外，均不给陌生人开启单元楼门。另死者及其家人与他人无矛盾、感情纠纷。

夏新还反映：2012年1月16日19时29分许，一陌生男子用固定电话（65025548）拨打夏手机，称自己为快递员，工商银行有包裹邮寄给夏，并索要了夏的详细住址。1月17日12时24分，该男子用手机（13031161849）再次主叫夏新手机，称自己已在夏新家楼下，并询问夏的详细住址及家中人员情况。夏新之前从未有过工商银行邮寄快递的情况。

经访问XXX室邻居王绍芬（女，77岁，东城区人）得知，2012年1月17日12时30分至13时期间，王在家中听见楼上XXX室主卧室内有异常声响。

（二）监控录像察看情况

经察看现场周边监控录像得知，2012年1月17日12时28分，一可疑男子步行进入现场单元门内；12时31分，死者探头出单元门张望后返回楼内； 13时49分可疑男子步行离开现场。直至案发，未发现死者及其他可疑人员进出现场。其间，12时24分许，该可疑男子手机拨打电话。

另，该可疑男子进出现场时均明显有躲避监控探头和行人的行为。

四、案情分析及工作部署

综上，专案组初步分析此案应系一起以图财为目的的入室抢劫杀人案件，犯罪嫌疑人应为监控录像中发现的可疑男子，依据如下：

• 现场有明显的翻动痕迹；
• 死者及其家人与他人无矛盾、感情纠纷；

（三）案发前，一可疑男子以送工商银行快递的名义与夏新联系，该情况反常；

（四）根据监控录像中可疑男子拨打电话的时间，与夏新反映与可疑快递人员通话的时间及内容，分析录像中的可疑男子即夏新反映的可疑快递人员；

（五）根据录像中可疑男子进出现场单元门的时间、法医检验确定死者的死亡时间及死者邻居反映异常声响的时间等情况，结合案发前后无其他可疑人员进出现场，分析该可疑男子即为本案的犯罪嫌疑人；

（六）录像中可疑男子进出现场时均明显有躲避监控探头和行人的行为。

据此，专案组制定如下工作部署：

（一）技术、法医工作

1、复勘现场，发现、提取可疑痕迹物证；对提取的痕迹物证进行检验鉴定；

2、针对现场提取的可疑足迹开展鞋样查找工作；

3、现场搜索，查找作案工具；

（二）地区工作

1、访问现场周边住户及死者关系人，发现可疑情况；

2、排查现场及周边地区盗窃、抢劫前科重点人员；

3、察看、固定现场周边监控录像，确定犯罪嫌疑人轨迹；

（三）技侦、网安部门对可疑通讯工具及网络信息开展侦控工作，发现可疑情况；

（四）以地区为主在全市开展串并案工作。

以上工作正在进行中。

1. Basic information of the case
   (1) Receiving an alarm
   After interviewing the caller Xia Xin (female, 24 years old, from Dongcheng District), she learned that at about 17:45 on January 17, 2012, she returned to Unit X, Building 3, Yard B, No. 5, Xixiangheyuan, Dongcheng District after work. In the residence of Room XXX, the outer anti-theft door was ajar, the inner wooden door was locked, and there was no answer to the call. After Xia Xin opened the wooden door with a key, he found his grandfather Chen Shurong (male, 74 years old, from Dongcheng District) lying on the floor in the bedroom. larger. Xia Xin immediately dialed “110” and “120” to call the police. After the emergency doctor arrived at the scene, he confirmed that Chen Shurong was dead.

(2) Basic information of the deceased

2. On-site investigation and forensic examination
   After investigation, the scene is located at Unit XXX, Unit X, Building 3, Yard B, No. 5, Xixianghe Garden, Dongcheng District. The room has a structure of two bedrooms, one living room, one kitchen and one bathroom, and the door faces east. There are two layers of doors. The outer layer is an iron fence anti-theft door, and the inner layer is a wooden door. The locks on both layers are intact, and there is no sign of violent opening. From east to west, the south side of the room is the master bedroom and the second bedroom, the west side is the bathroom, the north side is the kitchen, and the central site is located in the master bedroom. The deceased was lying supine on the ground in the master bedroom with his head in the northeast and feet in the southwest. He was wearing a red and gray down jacket, gray long johns, and black cloth shoes. His chest and abdomen were covered by drawers and clothes. There were obvious signs of tampering in each room at the scene. In order to protect the scene, the loss of property has not yet been counted.

There were a lot of bloodstains on the head and face of the corpse and the surrounding ground. Many dripping bloodstains were extracted from the ground on the south side of the bathroom, and suspicious blood footprints and dust footprints were also extracted on the spot.

After forensic examination, the deceased had a stab wound on the left side of the neck and two stab wounds on the front of the neck. The crime tool was a sharp weapon. The time of death should be around 14:00 on January 17, 2012. The cause of death was hemorrhagic shock.

3. Preliminary work
   After interviewing the caller Xia Xin and the deceased’s daughter Chen Shengling (female, 49 years old, from Dongcheng District), it was learned that the deceased usually lived at the scene with his daughter Chen Shengling and granddaughter Xia Xin. , Chen and Xia Xin left home to go to work one after another, and the deceased was alone at home. At about 17:45 that day, Xia Xin found the deceased dead when he returned home from work. The on-site unit building has an access control system. When outsiders enter the unit door, they must press the doorbell corresponding to the house number, and the homeowner will open the unit door in the house. Because Xia Xin often had the habit of online shopping, the deceased would not open the door of the unit to strangers except for the courier. In addition, the deceased and his family had no conflicts or emotional disputes with others.

Xia Xin also reflected: At about 19:29 on January 16, 2012, a strange man called Xia’s cell phone from a landline phone (65025548), claiming that he was a courier, and that the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China had a package mailed to Xia, and asked for Xia’s details. address. At 12:24 on January 17, the man called Xia Xin’s mobile phone again with his mobile phone (13031161849), saying that he was already downstairs at Xia Xin’s house, and asked Xia Xin’s detailed address and the situation of the family members. After interviewing the neighbor of Room XXX, Wang Shaofen (female, 77 years old, from Dongcheng District), she learned that from 12:30 to 13:00 on January 17, 2012, Wang heard abnormal noises in the master bedroom of Room XXX upstairs at home.

(2) Surveillance video viewing

After inspecting the surveillance video around the scene, we learned that at 12:28 on January 17, 2012, a suspicious man entered the unit door on foot; at 12:31, the deceased probed out of the unit door and returned to the building; 13:49 The suspicious man left the scene on foot. Until the incident, the deceased and other suspicious persons were not found entering or leaving the scene. During this period, at about 12:24, the suspicious man made a call from his mobile phone.

In addition, the suspicious man obviously avoided surveillance cameras and pedestrians when he entered and exited the scene.

4. Case analysis and work deployment
   In summary, the task force initially analyzed that this case should be a case of robbery and homicide for the purpose of making money, and the suspect should be a suspicious man found in the surveillance video, based on the following:

There are obvious signs of flipping at the site;
The deceased and his family have no conflicts or emotional disputes with others;
(3) Before the incident, a suspicious man contacted Xia Xin in the name of delivering ICBC courier, which was abnormal;

(4) According to the time when the suspicious man made the phone call in the surveillance video, and the time and content of the call with Xia Xin and the suspicious courier, analyze that the suspicious man in the video is the suspicious courier reported by Xia Xin;

(5) Based on the time when the suspicious man entered and exited the on-site unit door in the video, the time of death determined by the forensic medical examination, and the time when the deceased’s neighbors reported abnormal noises, etc., combined with the fact that no other suspicious persons entered and exited the scene before and after the incident, it was analyzed that the suspicious man was The suspect in this case;

(6) In the video, the suspicious man obviously evades surveillance cameras and pedestrians when entering and exiting the scene.

Accordingly, the task force formulated the following work arrangements:

(1) Technical and forensic work

1. Re-survey the scene, discover and extract suspicious traces and physical evidence; conduct inspection and appraisal of the extracted traces and physical evidence;
2. Carry out shoe sample search for suspicious footprints extracted on site;
3. On-site search to find tools for committing crimes;

(2) Regional work

1. Visit the residents around the scene and the relatives of the deceased, and find suspicious situations;
2. Investigate key personnel with prior convictions for theft and robbery at the scene and surrounding areas;
3. Check and fix the surveillance video around the scene to determine the track of the suspect;

(3) Technical investigation and network security departments carry out investigation and control work on suspicious communication tools and network information, and discover suspicious situations;

(4) Carry out the work of serial mergers and mergers in the whole city based on the region.
