河南、河北、山东、湖北、甘肃、陕西省公安厅经侦总队：
欣闻你们在“亮剑”行动中协力攻坚，成功实施打击制售假冒伪劣食用油犯罪项目集群战役，抓获犯罪嫌疑人35名，捣毁制假售假窝点164处，缴获各种品牌食用油15573桶共计47吨，并查获大量制假设备，涉案金额达5800余万元，取得决战“亮剑”行动又一重大胜利。在此，特向你们并通过你们向全体参战民警表示热烈的祝贺和诚挚的慰问！
今年9月，河南省郑州公安机关破获一起制售假劣食用油案，并以此为基础缜密侦查、深挖扩线，摸排出一个以河南为中心，覆盖河北、湖北、甘肃等多地的特大假劣食用油制售网络；河南省公安机关积极为各地提供大批犯罪线索，为发起项目集群战役发挥了重要作用，各涉案地公安机关根据线索成立项目组，展开侦挖工作，及时锁定一大批重要犯罪嫌疑人及制假窝点，并于10月14日集中收网，取得重大战果。全体参战民警积极投入项目集群战役，高效高质完成各项案侦任务，不仅体现了各参战地公安机关合成作战、精诚协作的集群作战能力，更彰显出你们维护市场经济秩序、保护人民群众生命财产安全的坚定信心和决心。
希望你们认真总结经验，实施延伸打击，继续做好假劣食用油案件后续侦办工作，为国打假、为民打假，在决战“亮剑”行动中再立新功，为维护市场经济秩序、促进创新发展做出新的更大的贡献。

In September this year, the Zhengzhou Public Security Bureau in Henan Province uncovered a case of producing and selling fake and shoddy cooking oil. Based on this, they conducted a careful investigation, dug deep into the expansion line, and found out a center in Henan, covering Hebei, Hubei, Gansu and other places. An extremely large network of counterfeit and shoddy edible oil production and sales; the public security organs of Henan Province actively provided a large number of criminal clues to various places, which played an important role in launching the project cluster campaign. A large number of important criminal suspects and counterfeiting dens were collected on October 14, and major results were achieved.
