中华人民共和国公安部决战“亮剑”行动贺电-打击假卫生纸

  福建、河北、安徽、河南、陕西省公安厅经侦总队：

    欣悉你们精诚协作、奋勇攻坚，成功破获要东久等人特大制售假冒卫生纸品系列案件，抓获犯罪嫌疑人14名，打掉犯罪团伙2个，捣毁制假售假窝点18个，缴获各类假冒卫生纸品530余万包、各种假冒商标标识1.2亿枚，涉案金额达3100余万元，取得决战“亮剑”行动又一次重大胜利。在此，特向你们并通过你们向全体参战民警表示热烈的祝贺和诚挚的慰问。

    决战“亮剑”行动开展以来，你们多策并举、精心筹划，向制售假冒伪劣商品犯罪发起总攻。福建省泉州市公安局经侦支队在获悉制售假冒卫生纸品的重要线索后，积极酝酿发起项目集群战役。各参战地公安机关在掌握完整证据链条后，于11月1日统一收网，成功摧毁了这一集产、供、销一条龙的特大假卫生纸品犯罪网络。此案成功破获，展现了你们突出的侦查工作水平和能力，展示了经侦民警不畏艰难、顽强拼搏的良好作风和精神风貌，推动了决战“亮剑”行动向纵深推进、发展。

    希望你们再接再厉，进一步加大侦审力度，深挖犯罪，扩大战果，并望在今后工作中，认真总结经验，再接再厉，为保护知识产权、维护市场经济秩序作出新的更大的贡献。

 I am glad to learn that you have cooperated sincerely and worked bravely to crack down on the series of cases of Yao Dongjiu and others in the manufacture and sale of counterfeit toilet paper products. More than 5.3 million packages of similar counterfeit toilet paper products, 120 million counterfeit trademark logos, and more than 31 million yuan involved in the case have won another major victory in the decisive battle of the "Bright Sword" operation. Here, I would like to express my warm congratulations and sincere condolences to you and through you to all the civilian police who participated in the war.

 Since the launch of the decisive battle "Bright Sword", you have taken multiple strategies and carefully planned to launch a general attack on the crime of manufacturing and selling counterfeit and shoddy goods. The Economic Investigation Detachment of the Public Security Bureau of Quanzhou City, Fujian Province, was actively planning to launch a project cluster campaign after learning important clues about the production and sale of counterfeit toilet paper products. After grasping the complete chain of evidence, the public security organs of all participating areas closed the network on November 1, successfully destroying this huge criminal network of fake toilet paper products integrating production, supply and sales. The successful cracking of this case demonstrates your outstanding investigative work level and ability, demonstrates the good style and spirit of the economic investigation police who are not afraid of difficulties and tenacious struggle, and promotes the in-depth advancement and development of the decisive battle "Bright Sword" operation.


 I hope that you will continue to work hard, further increase the intensity of investigation and investigation, dig deep into crimes, and expand the results of the battle.
