  福建、河北、辽宁、浙江、江西、河南、湖南、四川省公安厅经侦总队：

    欣悉你们精诚协作、奋力攻坚，于10月27日联合破获特大制售假冒名牌糖果系列案件，一举抓获犯罪嫌疑人77名，打掉犯罪团伙22个，捣毁制假售假窝点56个，缴获各类假冒糖果近2000万条（支），假冒注册商标标识77万件，涉案金额达1100万元，取得了决战“亮剑”行动又一次重大战果。在此，特向你们并通过你们向全体参战民警表示热烈的祝贺和诚挚的慰问！

    决战“亮剑”行动中，你们高度重视涉及民生类案件，以实际行动掀起打击假食品犯罪活动的高潮。福建省宁德市公安局经侦支队从一条制售假冒名牌糖果案件线索入手，深挖细排，摸清了制售假冒糖果犯罪网络，掌握了这一系列案件基本犯罪事实。各参战地公安机关对此案高度重视，迅速落实战役部署，积极开展案侦工作，并于10月27日迅猛出击，成功实施收网行动，有力地震慑了犯罪。此役成功收网，充分体现了参战民警良好的业务素质和勇于攻坚的优秀作风，更彰显了公安机关心系民生的高度责任感与使命感。

 I am glad to learn that you have cooperated sincerely and worked hard to tackle the problem. On October 27, you jointly cracked a series of cases of producing and selling counterfeit brand-name candies, arrested 77 suspects in one fell swoop, destroyed 22 criminal gangs, destroyed 56 dens for producing and selling counterfeit goods, and seized There were nearly 20 million counterfeit candies of various types (sticks), 770,000 counterfeit registered trademarks, and the amount involved reached 11 million yuan. Another major victory in the decisive battle "Bright Sword" was achieved. Here, I would like to express my warm congratulations and sincere condolences to you and through you to all the policemen who participated in the war!

 In the decisive battle "Bright Sword", you have attached great importance to cases involving people's livelihood, and set off an upsurge in combating counterfeit food crimes with practical actions. The Economic Investigation Detachment of the Public Security Bureau of Ningde City, Fujian Province started with a clue about the production and sale of counterfeit brand-name candies, dug deep and detailed, found out the criminal network of producing and selling counterfeit candies, and mastered the basic criminal facts of this series of cases. The public security organs of all participating areas attached great importance to the case, quickly implemented the deployment of the campaign, actively carried out case investigation work, and launched a swift attack on October 27, successfully implementing the network collection operation, which effectively deterred crimes. The successful closing of the campaign fully demonstrated the good professional quality and courageous style of the police participating in the battle, and also demonstrated the high sense of responsibility and mission of the public security organs concerned with people's livelihood.
