河北、辽宁、山东省公安厅经侦总队：
欣闻你们周密部署，协同攻坚，成功实施打击假日化品项目集群战役，一举抓获犯罪嫌疑人11名，捣毁制假售假窝点17处，缴获各类假冒香皂640万块，假冒包材4亿份，涉案金额达1.1亿元，取得决战“亮剑”行动一次重大战果。在此，特向你们并通过你们向全体参战民警表示热烈的祝贺和诚挚的慰问！
决战“亮剑”以来，你们科学谋划，奋勇争先，对侵犯知识产权和制售伪劣商品犯罪发起总攻。河北省石家庄市公安机关从一个电视栏目提供的制假线索入手，全面开展摸底排查工作，迅速摸清制售假日化品犯罪网络，掌握基本犯罪事实。河北、辽宁、山东省公安机关认真落实集群战役部署，积极展开系列案件侦破工作，及时锁定一大批重要犯罪嫌疑人及制假窝点，形成三地联动、合力攻坚的集群作战态势，并于11月3日成功收网。此役维护了日化品消费市场的正常秩序，体现了你们心系民生的高度责任感与使命感，反映出你们打击侵犯知识产权和制售伪劣商品犯罪的坚定决心与鲜明立场。
