河南、内蒙古、辽宁、安徽、福建、山东、湖南、海南、重庆省、区、市公安厅、局经侦总队：
欣闻你们周密部署，协同攻坚，成功实施打击假农药项目集群战役，一举抓获犯罪嫌疑人38名，捣毁制假售假窝点66处，打掉犯罪团伙8个，缴获各类假农药1500余万瓶，各类假冒农药商标标识、包材30余万件，涉案金额达1.1亿余元，取得决战“亮剑”行动的又一重大战果。在此，特向你们并通过你们向全体参战民警表示热烈的祝贺和诚挚的慰问！
决战“亮剑”行动以来，你们切实履职，科学谋划，向制售假劣农资犯罪发起凌厉攻势。河南省郑州市公安机关从一个涉嫌制售假农药案件线索入手，通过缜密侦查、深挖扩线，摸清了该犯罪网络的基本情况，并为发起项目集群战役做出了贡献。参战各地根据战役部署，迅速锁定嫌疑人和窝点，并于10月31日统一开展收网行动，将涉案犯罪网络一举摧毁。该战役的成功收网，展现了你们突出的侦查工作水平和能力，体现了参战民警的高度责任感与使命感，保障了农业生产秩序及农民群众的切身权益。

I am glad to hear that you have made careful deployment and coordinated efforts to successfully implement the cluster campaign against counterfeit pesticide projects. In one fell swoop, 38 criminal suspects were arrested, 66 dens of counterfeit production and sales were destroyed, 8 criminal gangs were eliminated, and more than 15 million yuan of various counterfeit pesticides were seized. Bottles, various types of counterfeit pesticide trademarks and packaging materials, more than 300,000 pieces, involving a total amount of more than 110 million yuan, and achieved another major victory in the decisive battle of the "Bright Sword" operation. Here, I would like to express my warm congratulations and sincere condolences to you and through you to all the policemen who participated in the war!
Since the decisive battle of the "Bright Sword" operation, you have performed your duties earnestly, planned scientifically, and launched a fierce offensive against the crime of manufacturing and selling fake and shoddy agricultural materials. The public security agency in Zhengzhou City, Henan Province started with clues about a case involving the manufacture and sale of counterfeit pesticides. Through careful investigation and deep digging and expansion, the public security agency found out the basic situation of the criminal network and made contributions to the launch of the project cluster campaign. According to the deployment of the campaign, the various places participating in the war quickly locked the suspects and dens, and carried out a unified network collection operation on October 31 to destroy the criminal network involved in the case in one fell swoop. The successful closing of the campaign demonstrated your outstanding investigative work level and ability, reflected the high sense of responsibility and mission of the police participating in the war, and guaranteed the order of agricultural production and the vital rights and interests of farmers.
