中国陆军政委秦树桐已经要彻底从这张表中抹去了。秦树桐已经被中部战区的政委徐德清取代，等于现在中部战区政委暂时空缺，或者新任的人选，由于中共的黑箱政治，没有公开，我们不知道。秦树桐肯定只能住秦城了，秦树桐没有出席最近的中央省部级会议，而且职位都被徐德清取代了，彻底退出历史舞台了。这张表是我2024年9月5日做的一张表，还是挺准的，黄色是习近平派系的军官，绿色是非习近平派系的军官。基本就是按图索骥，按图抓人。黄色，习近平派系都在等着被抓呢，排队等着进秦城呢。
北部战区司令王强和中部战区司令黄铭互换了位置，现在王强是中部战区司令，黄铭是北部战区司令。我们看中部战区，韩卫国，乙晓光，林向阳这三个都是习近平的人。吴亚男，黄铭，王强都是习近平派系的。也就是说，2022年1月之后，中部战区就在操盘手的控制之中。2022年1月，习近平就已经失去了对中部战区的控制。
海军司令胡中明应该就是习近平的人吧，胡中明的简历和苗华有交集。至于为什么还没进去，不知道，但是海军政委袁华智确认是进去了。陆军政委秦树桐和海军政委袁华智双双缺席了。中央的省部级会议。百分百是进秦城了。

袁红刚接替的是尹红星，因为尹红星就是上一任火箭军政委徐忠波提拔的。把尹红星和徐忠波的派系查清楚，对火箭军大清洗可能会有更深入的认识。就是火箭军未必是一个派系在抓另外一个派系，很可能是两个派系在互抓，所以看上去好像，全部被大清洗了。不要被表象所欺骗。
我们开始说姚植传啊，为什么这个很重要，很神啊。人在秦城都能提拔官员。共匪真不要脸把姚植传简历都删掉了。删掉了也不能阻止我知道啊。有什么用。首先共匪把姚植传的出生年龄都删掉了。姚植传是1967年，现在57岁，57岁提副部级。就岁数大了。所以姚植传肯定不是习近平的人，三中全会之后习近平的人一个也不上不去。
由于共匪删掉了姚植传的简历，因此我只知道，2012年10月29日之前，姚植传担任中央统战部研究室副主任。姚植传是不是就是令计划提拔的，不能完全确认。但是肯定是令计划的下属。因为姚植传是研究室副主任，和大秘类似。是令计划提拔的，还是当时的统战部副部长提拔的，不能完全确定。但是肯定是令计划的下属，而且是直接服务于令计划。
