“5.14”东城区孙桂兰被杀案破案报告
分局：
2012年5月14日22时，我支队接分局勤务指挥处布警：东城区安德路XX号院XX栋1单元XXX室有人被人杀害。接报后，东城分局艾长庚副分局长、刑侦支队魏元泰支队长带领刑侦支队、技术队、网安大队、情报信息中心等部门迅速赶赴现场，组成专案组开展工作。
经工作，专案组于2012年5月14日22时30分，在安德路XX号院XX栋1单元XXX室将犯罪嫌疑人杨亚男（女，49岁，北京市人）抓获。经审讯，杨亚男对2012年5月14日21时30分，在安德路XX号院XX栋1单元XXX室内将孙桂兰（女，84岁，北京市人）杀害的犯罪事实供认不讳。至此，本案告破。现将案件破获情况报告如下：
一、接报警情况
2012年5月14日21时32分，市局勤务指挥部接“110”电话报警：杨亚男（女，49岁，北京市人，小区保洁）称在东城区安德路XX号院XX栋1单元XXX室内将其母亲孙桂兰杀死，请民警将自己抓走。
二、现场勘查及法医检验情况
现场位于北京市东城区安外大街派出所管辖区内安德路XX号院XX栋1单元XXX、XXX室内；安德路为东西走向街道，东邻安定门外大街、西邻鼓楼外大街；发案现场XX号院位于该街西口内北侧，为一片老式楼房小区；XX栋楼房位于该小区内西侧南北划分的中间位置，系一坐南朝北的单元楼结构，共五层；1单元门位于该楼的最西头；中心现场XXX、XXX室坐落该楼三层楼道内南侧，为两居室格局。房门分内外两扇，外侧为双扇铁质门朝北外开、内侧为单扇木质门朝北内开。门内为一条东西向的门厅，门厅内靠东北墙放一个铁质衣架；东侧为东卧室；西侧为西卧室。东卧室门西侧以南是一条长1.5米、宽1米南北向的通道；通道内侧躺着一具尸体，尸体为女性、头北脚南、上穿粉色上衣、暗红色棉裤、赤足；头部有外伤，头部周边地面上可见大面积血迹，尸体东、西墙面上可见大面积喷溅血迹，双脚脚趾被砍断。在通道内东墙根处放有一个塑料垃圾筐、一个塑料垃圾袋和一双布鞋、袜子；尸体小腿西侧地面上有一块铁锅碎片和一根木质墩布把。通道内南侧为厨房；西侧为卫生间。厨房门为单扇木质内开，此门为开启状，厨房内靠东墙放一个木架、一台燃气灶；南侧为阳台；靠西南墙放一个碗柜；靠西墙自南向北放一张方桌、一个小木桌和一把木质靠背椅；西北角处安装一个水池；靠北墙放一台洗衣机；洗衣机东侧放一个脸盆。洗衣机上放一把木把菜刀，菜刀上可见血迹；靠洗衣机放一把木把镐，镐头上可见血迹；木把镐南侧地面上是一个铁锅把；东侧木架前地面上有一块铁锅碎片；阳台门内侧地面上有一块铁锅碎片。阳台门呈开启状，阳台内未见异常。
东卧室为单扇木质门内开，此门呈开启状。室内靠北墙放一台缝纫机和一组衣柜；靠东墙自北向南放有一台冰箱、一组木柜和堆放的杂物；南墙上有一组双上窗完好；靠西南墙放一张南北向的双人床；床北侧堆放着纸箱。
西卧室为单扇木质门内开，此门为开启状。室内分东向西里、外屋两间。外屋内靠东墙放一个木架和一个沙发；南墙上有一组双上窗完好；靠南墙放一张东西向的单人床和一组木柜；木柜北侧西墙上有一单扇门至里屋；里屋门北侧靠西墙放一张写字台和杂物；写字台前地面上放有一双塑料拖鞋，此鞋为嫌疑人作案时所穿。靠北墙自西向东放一组电视柜和一组木柜；电视柜上放一台电视机。里屋内靠东墙放一组木柜；南侧为阳台；阳台内未见异常。靠西墙放一组木柜和一把椅子；靠北墙放一张东西向的单人床。
勘查中，对现场尸体头部周边地面上的大面积血迹和尸体东、西墙面上的喷溅血迹进行了提取，同时对厨房内的铁锅把和碎片、洗衣机上的菜刀、木把镐以及西卧室外屋内写字台前地面上的一双塑料拖鞋进行了提取。
三、案情分析和工作部署
案件发生后，东城分局副分局长艾长庚，刑侦支队长魏元泰坐镇指挥，组织刑侦支队干警成立专案组，要求参战侦查员以超强的责任心，吃透案情，发挥侦查员调查摸底的传统侦查方式的优势，立足案发现场开展工作。
专案组分析本案应系一起故意杀人案，现场为第一现场，犯罪嫌疑人杨亚男有重大作案嫌疑。并制定如下工作部署：
（一）、审讯组立即对犯罪嫌疑人杨亚男开展审讯工作；
（二）、访问组立即开展询问证人等走访工作。
四、破案经过
（一）尸源认定过程
经走访，确定死者为居住在东城区安外大街派出所管辖区内安德路XX号院XX栋1单元XXX室的居民孙桂兰。
孙桂兰，女，82岁，户籍地：北京市东城区安德路XX号XX栋XXX号，身份证号：XXX，离退休人员。
（二）犯罪嫌疑人确定及抓获经过
通过现场勘查和访问，确定犯罪嫌疑人杨亚男有重大作案嫌疑。
专案组于2012年5月14日22时30分，在东城区安德路XX号XX栋XXX室内将犯罪嫌疑人杨亚男（女，49岁，北京市人）传唤到东城刑侦支队进行讯问。
杨亚男，女，49岁，户籍地：北京市东城区安德路XX号XX栋XXX室，身份证号：XXX，死者孙桂兰之女，市局在册精神病人。
（三）供述情况
犯罪嫌疑人到案后，专案组组织警力开展突审，经审讯，犯罪嫌疑人杨亚男供述：2012年5月14日21时许，杨亚男突然感觉其母孙桂兰要杀害自己，于是趁其母不备在厨房内用木棍、铁锅、铁镐将孙桂兰杀死在厨房门前的过道上，并使用菜刀将被害人双脚脚趾切下，后拨打“110”电话自首。
现犯罪嫌疑人何国章已被东城分局刑事拘留。

- Receive the alarm situation
At 21:32 on May 14, 2012, the Service Headquarters of the Municipal Bureau received a “110” call to call the police: Yang Yanan (female, 49 years old, from Beijing, community cleaner) claimed that she was in Building XX, No. XX Yard, Ande Road, Dongcheng District. In the unit XXX, he killed his mother, Sun Guilan, and asked the police to arrest him.
- On-site investigation and forensic examination
The scene is located in rooms XXX and XXX, Unit 1, Building XX, Courtyard XX, Ande Road, within the jurisdiction of the Anwai Street Police Station, Dongcheng District, Beijing; Courtyard XX at the scene of the case is located on the north side of the west entrance of the street. It is an old-fashioned building community; Building XX is located in the middle of the north-south division on the west side of the community. It is a unit building structure facing south and north, with a total of five floors; Unit 1 The door is located at the westernmost end of the building; rooms XXX and XXX of the center site are located on the south side of the corridor on the third floor of the building, and are two-bedrooms. The door is divided into inner and outer doors. The outer door is a double iron door that opens to the north, and the inner door is a single wooden door that opens to the north. Inside the door is an east-west hall, with an iron hanger on the northeast wall; the east bedroom is on the east; the west bedroom is on the west. To the south of the west side of the east bedroom door is a north-south passageway 1.5 meters long and 1 meter wide; inside the passage lies a corpse, the corpse is a woman, with her head in the north and feet in the south, wearing a pink top, dark red cotton trousers, and bare feet; There was trauma to the head, a large area of blood was seen on the ground around the head, large areas of blood were sprayed on the east and west walls of the corpse, and the toes of both feet were cut off. A plastic garbage basket, a plastic garbage bag, a pair of cloth shoes, and socks were placed at the foot of the east wall in the passage; a fragment of an iron pot and a wooden mop handle were placed on the ground on the west side of the calf of the corpse. The south side of the passage is the kitchen; the west side is the bathroom. The kitchen door is a single wooden door that opens inward, and the door is open. In the kitchen, a wooden frame and a gas stove are placed against the east wall; a balcony is placed on the south side; a cupboard is placed against the southwest wall; Put a square table, a small wooden table and a wooden back chair; install a sink in the northwest corner; put a washing machine against the north wall; put a washbasin on the east side of the washing machine. A wooden kitchen knife is placed on the washing machine, and blood can be seen on the kitchen knife; a wooden pick is placed next to the washing machine, and blood can be seen on the pick; there is an iron pot handle on the ground on the south side of the wooden pick; there is a piece on the ground in front of the wooden frame on the east side Shard of an iron pot; There is a fragment of an iron pot on the ground inside the balcony door. The east bedroom is a single wooden door that opens inward, and the door is open. A sewing machine and a set of wardrobes are placed on the north wall of the room; a refrigerator, a set of wooden cabinets and sundries are placed on the east wall from north to south; a set of double upper windows is intact on the south wall; A double bed facing north and south; cardboard boxes are stacked on the north side of the bed.
The west bedroom has a single wooden door that opens inward, and the door is opened. The interior is divided into two rooms facing east and west, and an outbuilding. In the outer room, a wooden frame and a sofa are placed against the east wall; a set of double windows are intact on the south wall; an east-west single bed and a set of wooden cabinets are placed against the south wall; There is a door leading to the back room; a desk and sundries are placed on the north side of the door of the back room against the west wall; a pair of plastic slippers are placed on the ground in front of the desk, which were worn by the suspect when committing the crime. A group of TV cabinets and a group of wooden cabinets are placed from west to east against the north wall; a TV is placed on the TV cabinet. A group of wooden cabinets are placed against the east wall in the back room; a balcony is on the south side; no abnormalities are found in the balcony. A set of wooden cabinets and a chair are placed against the west wall; an east-west single bed is placed against the north wall.
During the investigation, a large area of bloodstains on the ground around the head of the corpse and bloodstains on the east and west walls of the corpse were extracted. At the same time, the iron pot handles and debris in the kitchen, the kitchen knife on the washing machine, and the wooden pickaxe were extracted. As well as a pair of plastic slippers on the ground in front of the writing desk in the outer room of the west bedroom were extracted.
- Case analysis and work deployment
After the case happened, Ai Changgeng, the deputy director of the Dongcheng Branch, and Wei Yuantai, the head of the criminal investigation detachment, took the command and organized the criminal investigation detachment officers and police to set up a special case team, requiring the investigators involved in the battle to have a strong sense of responsibility, thoroughly understand the case, and use the traditional investigation methods of investigators to find out the truth. Based on the advantages of the crime scene, the work is carried out.
The special case team analyzed that this case should be an intentional homicide case, the scene was the first scene, and the suspect Yang Yanan was suspected of committing a major crime. And formulate the following work deployment:

(2) The visit team immediately carried out visits such as interviewing witnesses.

After interviews, it was determined that the deceased was Sun Guilan, a resident of Room XXX, Unit 1, Building XX, No. XX Yard, Ande Road, within the jurisdiction of the Anwai Street Police Station, Dongcheng District.

(2) The process of identifying and apprehending the criminal suspect
Through on-site investigation and visits, it was determined that the suspect Yang Yanan was suspected of committing a major crime.
At 22:30 on May 14, 2012, the special case team summoned the suspect Yang Yanan (female, 49 years old, from Beijing) to the Dongcheng Criminal Investigation Detachment for interrogation in Room XXX, Building XX, No. XX Ande Road, Dongcheng District.
Yang Yanan, female, 49 years old, household registration: Room XXX, Building XX, No. XX Ande Road, Dongcheng District, Beijing, ID number: XXX, daughter of the deceased Sun Guilan, mental patient registered in the Municipal Bureau.
(3) Confessions
After the criminal suspect arrived, the task force organized the police to carry out a sudden interrogation. After the interrogation, the criminal suspect Yang Yanan confessed: At about 21:00 on May 14, 2012, Yang Yanan suddenly felt that his mother, Sun Guilan, was going to kill him, so he took advantage of his mother’s unprepared presence. In the kitchen, Sun Guilan was killed in the aisle in front of the kitchen with wooden sticks, iron pans, and iron picks. She cut off the toes of the victim’s feet with a kitchen knife, and then called “110” to surrender.
The current suspect, He Guozhang, has been criminally detained by the Dongcheng Sub-bureau.
