“轻武器射击训练专修室功不可没！”该连干部傅童童向记者透露成功“秘诀”。在轻武器射击训练专修室训练，官兵可以通过射击模拟器和射击效果分析评估系统，找到自己在射击时存在的问题，有针对性地进行改正，从而提升射击成绩。
“没有旅领导的担当作为，就没有这个专修室。”提及建设轻武器射击训练专修室的经过，傅童童很是感慨。
