“成绩优秀!”日前,第82集团军某旅装步三连组织轻武器实弹射击考核。让许多人没想到的是,该连新兵全部取得优异成绩。
“轻武器射击训练专修室功不可没!”该连干部傅童童向记者透露成功“秘诀”。在轻武器射击训练专修室训练,官兵可以通过射击模拟器和射击效果分析评估系统,找到自己在射击时存在的问题,有针对性地进行改正,从而提升射击成绩。
“没有旅领导的担当作为,就没有这个专修室。”提及建设轻武器射击训练专修室的经过,傅童童很是感慨。
一次,该旅领导和机关干部到连队调研,有官兵建议修建轻武器射击训练专修室,解决新兵射击成绩提升较慢的难题。对此,有些干部提出不同意见:旅里场地紧张、缺少资金,修建轻武器射击训练专修室面临很多困难,等以后具备条件时再说。

常一新在工作中发现,受场地等因素影响,一些专业课目训练难以有效组织,导致战斗力生成速度较慢。为解决这一问题,他深入官兵中开展调查研究,查阅大量资料,向院校专家请教,加班加点攻关,终于研发出某模拟训练系统。这套系统可模拟多种战场环境,融入多种临机特情,组织官兵开展“情景式训练”,不仅节省了训练成本,还缩短了训练周期,提升了训练质效。
“有多大担当才能干多大事业,尽多大责任才会有多大成就。我们要履行好肩负的使命职责,敢于担当、迎难而上,在强军征程上作出更大贡献。”前不久,该旅官兵交流深入学习贯彻中央军委政治工作会议精神体会时,常一新的发言让大家深受启发。
