市局副局长、分局局长冯厂生深入便衣侦查队督导“6.8”系列抢夺案件侦破工作
2012年6月17日下午，市局副局长、分局局长冯厂生在分局副局长王宏勋、成希耀的陪同下，深入便衣侦查队了解督导“6.8”系列摩托车抢夺案件侦破工作。
冯局长详细听取了案件侦查和布控抓捕情况的汇报，对便衣侦查队积极落实市局严打团伙系列多发性侵财犯罪专项行动部署，充分运用便衣侦查、“以摩制摩”等手段打击“摩抢”犯罪的做法给予充分肯定。就案件侦办和打击“摩抢”工作，冯局长提出要求：
一要抓紧时间搜集固定各类证据，通过完善证据链条，落实案件、提高打击处理实效；
二要加大审查深挖力度，追查涉案赃物、犯罪嫌疑人落脚地、资金流向等线索，力争挖破串案；
三要坚持整体布局、合成作战的思路，全面加强社会面巡逻防控和废旧物品收购行业阵地控制，最大限度挤压犯罪空间、降低发案率；
四要认真挖掘总结便衣侦查、“以摩制摩”等成功经验战法，为打击“摩抢”犯罪提供方法借鉴。
