警情综述：
▲全天共受理各类报警7859起。其中：
110：接警4560起，其中刑事233起（两抢12起，盗窃201起，诈骗10起），治安519起，咨询求助948起。
119：接警657起，火灾报警337起，处警3起。
122：接警2642起，有效警情395起，处置54起，伤14人，死1人，损失21万元。
海璟新天小区业主封堵凤城四路
1日19时50分许，我局接报，凤城四路海璟新天小区内有10余名业主将幼儿园工地围栏踩倒。接警后，我局民警迅速赶往现场。到达现场时，小区内有数十名业主已将凤城四路围堵。
经民警了解：海璟新天小区准备在小区内占用绿化地带建幼儿园，业主不同意，继而发生纠纷，业主手持“海荣小区开发商胡乱收费、违章乱建”的横幅将小区门前的凤城四路封堵。
目前，在我局民警的积极劝解下，小区开发商、物业，业主代表正在小区物业办协商解决此事，堵路业主已散去，凤城四路已恢复畅通。
我局将继续密切关注事态发展。
蓝商高速商洛段发生液化气罐车自燃我市蓝田段出现交通拥堵
2012年8月1日19：50分，一液气化气罐车在蓝商高速K1432+400(商洛市辖区)商州方向发生自燃，蓝商高速实行双向交通管制，造成途经蓝田的过境车辆分别在蓝小公路、101 省道蓝田段、环山路及县城白鹿原高速出口、蓝关高速出口发生严重拥堵。
堵情发生后，我局迅速启动紧急情况预案，及时组织公安、交警进行交通疏导，分流过往车辆。另外，我局及时将路况信息向有关媒体进行公布，提醒过往车辆提前择路分流以缓解此路段压力。
截止目前，部分路段时堵时通，其中蓝小公路双向因流量大道不畅，缓慢通行。经与交建集团蓝商分公司路政大队联系，液化气罐车仍在自燃，险情排除时间仍不能确定。
中央要求逐步实现省级公安厅局长由异地干部担任

陕西将清理九种“吃空饷”人员

本是很温和很理性的标题，经过网络编辑一化妆，立马横眉冷对，戾气十足；本该成为平等交流、理性争鸣的贴吧，却充满恶狠狠的词汇；本该是信息集散地的微博，却成了约架的舞台……不知何时，网络暴力已经介入网民的公共生活，一打开电脑，就被那种宣泄的情绪所裹挟。
有人说网络暴力只是想象中的暴力，并非行动中的暴力。其实不然，网络暴力离现实暴力并不遥远，网上约架变为网下干架，就是一例。更何况，网络暴力具有不容小觑的影响力，容易误导网民，尤其是那些涉世不深的未成年人，这从相关媒体报道及相关调查可以看出。
