有两种可能，一种是王近山在文革中对邓小平不够忠诚。另外一种可能就是王近山身体不行了。我觉得还是因为王近山身体不行了的可能性更大，所以邓小平没有启用王近山。文革之中，1971年5月至1978年10月，尤太忠担任中共内蒙古自治区党委第一书记、自治区革命委员会主任。这个倒是有点周恩来的影子，因为邓小平已经被打倒了。尤太忠担任军纪委书记，上级是陈云，也是有疑点的。
我们看着一段描述，尤太忠在军界地位与评价很高，以其率性不避嫌、性格倔强为著称。当时中华人民共和国成立不久，王近山因与发妻离婚被撤职，由中将降为大校，下放河南农场劳动。1969年，尤太忠建议许世友向毛泽东提议重新起用王近山。同年1969年7月，王近山南从河南回南京，当时文化大革命期间人人避嫌，时任27军军长尤太忠与60军军长吴仕宏、南京军区装甲兵司令萧永银在南京火车站深夜迎候王近山。

张万年也是有疑点，张万年最早就是林彪的秘书关光烈提拔的。后来，张万年被审查了3年。林彪按照我的判断就是周恩来的人，那就是习近平派系的。但是张万年后来应该就是邓小平提拔的，除非张万年是陈云提拔的。可能性比较小，虽然不是没有。因为张万年提拔军委副主席是1995年9月，当时陈云已经死了。除非是江泽民提拔的，就是张万年提拔军委副主席，只有两个人有资格提拔，就是邓小平和江泽民。因此综合来说，就是邓小平提拔的张万年。
尤海涛担任师长的时候，军长就是刘粤军，刘粤军是欧金谷提拔的，欧金谷是张万年的秘书。尤海涛他爸尤太忠广州军区司令的继任者就是张万年。尤太忠和张万年两个人的关系应该不错。刘粤军除了提拔了尤海涛还提拔李桥铭，因此拿下尤海涛不是目的，目的是要针对李桥铭，想要拿下李桥铭。

2023年8月31日，由军委纪委监委对李尚福严重违纪违法问题立案审查调查。2024年6月27日，中共中央政治局会议审议并通过中央军委《关于李尚福问题审查结果和处理意见的报告》，决定给予李尚福开除党籍处分，终止其党的二十大代表资格。中间是10个月。
2024年11月29日，因涉嫌严重违纪违法，陆军军人代表大会决定罢免其第十四届全国人民代表大会代表职务，代表资格终止，其担任的第十四届全国人民代表大会农业与农村委员会委员职务相应撤销。因此推测，2024年1月或者2月，尤海涛被抓了。也就是说，如果尤海涛和李桥铭是胡锦涛的人的话，不只是胡锦涛想弄死习近平，习近平也想弄死胡锦涛。习近平2024年2月，动手拿下尤海涛，剑指李桥铭。
