大家好，中国财经网红、中原银行首席经济学家任泽平疑因为在个人微博发布汉武帝的《轮台诏》，被认为在以古喻今，暗讽中国国家主席习近平，遭到微博禁言。任泽平的微博帐号拥有逾500万粉丝，经常接受传媒采访，他在平安夜（24日）发布西元前89年汉武帝下达的诏书《轮台诏》，内容提到「朕即位以来，所为狂悖，使天下愁苦，不可追悔。自今事有伤害百姓、靡费天下者，悉罢之」，表达了汉武帝对自己施政失误的反省。
不少网民随即跟帖发表评论，有人理解为任泽平在以古喻今，将目光投向当下的政治环境，甚至直指习近平的政策。然而，任泽平的微博帐号很快被禁言，有关帖文亦已搜寻不到，页面显示「因违反相关法律法规，该用户目前处于禁言状态」。
习近平死抱「东升西降」 反问「通缩有甚么不好」。习近平对通缩恶果一无所知。《华尔街日报》披露，一家咨询机构在今年早些时候为习近平撰写报告，认为如果不坚持采取提振经济的措施，中国可能会陷入螺旋式通货紧缩。但习近平对此不为所动，还问：「通缩有甚麽不好？大家难道不喜欢物价更便宜吗？」。其无知和轻视态度令中国决策圈再不敢触及「通缩话题」。
吴英杰被抓。吴英杰是由陈奎元提拔的，而陈奎元是陈云的人，与胡锦涛没有关系。胡锦涛当时并不是总书记。上一任西藏书记不能提拔下一任西藏书记，这应该是常识。只有总书记或者总理，一把手或者二把手，才能提拔省委书记。中国一共只有31个省委书记，普通常委都提拔不了省委书记。70%以上的省委书记都是总书记提拔的。如果胡锦涛是西藏书记还能提拔下一任西藏书记，那不就死循环了吗？那不就是西藏书记永远是胡锦涛派系的，那习近平还能提拔谁？这逻辑上就不对啊。
我们看一下胡春华的经历就知道胡春华不是陈奎元提拔的。西藏的书记，阴法唐被胡耀邦撤职后，伍精华和胡锦涛上台。陈奎元与胡锦涛不是一个派系。共青团也不是胡锦涛家开的。周强被任命为共青团第一书记的时候，总理是朱镕基。周强是肖扬的秘书，肖扬是习仲勋的人。同样，西藏也不是胡锦涛家开的。陈奎元上任于1992年，当时台面上的总书记是江泽民，总理是李鹏，但实际上的一把手是邓小平，二把手是陈云。
陈奎元是内蒙古出身的干部，呼伦贝尔盟出身的干部。内蒙古的呼伦贝尔盟在文革的时候有十年不是内蒙古，归黑龙江管。东北局就是陈云的地盘，东北局的书记宋任穷跟陈云是一个老婆钟月林。
陈奎元是杰尔格勒提拔的。杰尔格勒是呼伦贝尔的书记。1971年发生了913事件，林彪摔死了。杰尔格勒1972年2月恢复工作，担任呼伦贝尔盟的常委兼大兴安岭林业管理局的书记。呼伦贝尔当时划给了黑龙江。当时黑龙江的第一书记是汪家道，1971年到1974年。汪家道是红十五军团出身的军团长徐海东，政委程子华，副军团长兼参谋长刘志丹，政治部主任高岗。陈云原来就是东北局的，陈云跟高岗和林彪的关系都很好。
大家看地图就能明白了，不单是呼伦贝尔盟，乌兰浩特，通辽，赤峰，文革的时候，都不属于内蒙古。大家想想是为什么。按照我的派系划分标准，东北就是周恩来陈云林彪的地盘。未必是全家桶，但是肯定周恩来派系的官员比较多，就是习近平这个派系的。内蒙古就应该是刘少奇邓小平派系的官员比较多。按照我理解的文革就是，毛泽东联合周恩来，打倒了刘少奇和邓小平。毛泽东怎么把周恩来拉拢到自己的立场呢，就是假装设立周恩来派系的林彪，作为接班人。
欺骗周恩来，后来呢，刘少奇和邓小平被打倒之后，回过头，毛泽东要收拾周恩来和林彪。批林批孔嘛，这个是众所周知的，孔不是孔子，而是周恩来。毛泽东都明说了，批林彪和批周恩来。把林彪和周恩来绑在一起批，不就是说林彪和周恩来是一个派系的。毛泽东为什么不把邓小平弄死呢，不就是为了留着对付周恩来的。事实证明，毛泽东死后，能够压制周恩来陈云派系的人，只有邓小平。
从内蒙古行政区划图的变化，也能看出来，为什么要把内蒙古的四个地级市，呼伦贝尔盟，乌兰浩特，赤峰，通辽，从内蒙古划到东北。就是要从邓小平的势力范围，划给周恩来的势力范围。
所以内蒙古不单是只有邓小平派系的乌兰夫，还有陈云派系的陈奎元，杰尔格勒。杰尔格勒这个派系的还有内蒙古自治区的党委副书记李文，政府副主席巴图巴根，呼伦贝尔盟的盟委书记布特格。这几个人应该都是陈云派系的人。
杰尔格勒，这是陈奎元他自己的文章写的。杰尔格勒说，要把被周总理誉为模范区的内蒙古建设好。这不就是说杰尔格勒是周恩来的人吗？周恩来跟陈云是一个派系。周恩来是总理，陈云是副总理，习仲勋是周恩来大秘，他们是一家子。跟邓小平、刘少奇不是一个派系的。
我们看一下陈奎元是怎么提拔的吴英杰。陈奎元是1992年到2000年担任西藏书记的。第二年，1993年3月37岁的吴英杰就担任教委的接受援助办公室的主任，从副主任提拔到主任。1994年10月，吴英杰担任西藏自治区教委副主任。1998年教委改名叫教工委，吴英杰还是副主任和教工委副书记。2000年改名叫教育厅了。吴英杰是教育厅的党组副书记和副厅长。两个月之后就被提拔为厅长了。
更重要的是，2000年3月，陈奎元离开西藏半年前，把吴英杰送到中央党校一年制中青年干部培训班学习。很多部级副部级的干部都要经过中青年干部培训班。这个基本就是正局级提拔副部级就定了。
到了2003年1月的时候，吴英杰被提拔为西藏自治区人民政府副主席。当时的总理就是朱镕基。
这一张照片就能说明问题了。这是1989年2月的一张照片啊。当时的江蛤,这是朱镕基。这可能是朱镕基的情人吧,谢立娟。

西藏班在回民中学搞了10年后改到了上海共康中学啊。当时呢，这是江蛤和朱镕基就是接见上海回民中学的人，而负责内地班的那个人，西藏这边这个人就是吴英杰。
也就是当时，陈奎元为什么要提拔吴英杰呢?因为陈奎元是陈云的马仔，朱镕基也是陈云的马仔。朱镕基又认识吴英杰。

1997年8-2000年2月，39岁的齐扎拉任云南省迪庆州委常委、中甸县委书记（1995.08-1997.12 中央党校函授学院政法专业本科班学习；1996.09-1998.07 云南民族学院经济管理系民族文化与民族经济专业在职研究生学习）。当时云南省委书记是令狐安（1997年8月－2001年10月）
齐扎拉是令狐安提拔的，令狐安是提拔薄熙来的人

令狐安担任大连副市长的时候，提拔薄熙来担任大连金州区委书记。

许世友1938年在刘伯承，邓小平直接指挥下进军冀南；
1982年邓小平中顾委主任，许世友是副主任；
1985年2月1日邓小平去南京前提前告知了许世友，后到南京后一起吃饭并合影，期间邓小平问许世友写回忆录的事，许世友说“我写回忆录是您批准的”。许世友和周恩来喝酒原因是许世友喝酒不讲理，被人告到周恩来那里，被周恩来用三瓶茅台制服——这样看许世友和周恩来是敌对关系。
