俞建华，绝对不是因为腐败。俞建华和李克强遇刺案是什么关系呢？我们先看新闻，再讲孙梅君的李克强背景，再说俞建华和李克强遇刺案关系。

鲁比奥周一无异议通过美国参议院确认，出任川普政府的国务卿，也因此成为首位被中方制裁的美国国务卿。此前，2020年鲁比奥先后因批评新疆、香港人权问题，两度遭中国政府制裁。
美国总统川普周二誓言要对欧盟征收关税，并表示正在讨论对中国进口商品征收10%的惩罚性关税，因为毒品芬太尼正从中国经墨西哥和加拿大流入美国。 在白宫椭圆形办公室的新闻发布会上，川普说，正考虑最早从2月1日起对所有中国商品全面征收10%的关税。

现在这个事情已经很明显了，川普邀请习近平参加自己的就职典礼，目的只有一个。川普想当场告诉习近平，他要对中国加关税。川普提名的内阁成员在如何对待他对中国商品征收高达60%的普遍关税的承诺上存在分歧。川普在关税问题上采取更为谨慎的态度推动了美国股市的反弹，将基准标普500指数推升至一个月来的最高水平。之前传出一个版本，美国要每个月给中国加5%的关税，加一年。现在还不知道最终的版本是什么样的。加肯定是加，就是加的力度，加的大小而已。
1986年7月-2004年12月 在国家统计局工作，历任农村司农林统计处科员、农调总队林牧渔业处主任科员、综合处副处长、处长、农业调查处处长。当时的农调总队总队长是鲜祖德。1999年3月-2000年1月，34岁的孙梅君在湖北省孝感市统计局挂职锻炼任农调队副队长。当时的孝感市委书记是张昌尔 (1998年2月 – 2002年7月)。张昌尔的派系我不太确定。
2004年12月 – 2012年10月，孙梅君在国务院研究室工作，历任农村经济研究司处长、副司长、巡视员兼副司长。当时的国务院研究室主任是谢伏瞻（2008年6月－2013年3月）。谢伏瞻说是温家宝的智囊，但是谢伏瞻和李克强的关系也很密切。
孙梅君身上的李克强痕迹，还是挺明显的
李克强当过河南省委书记，谢伏瞻当过河南省委书记，孙梅君当过河南省委副书记。这难道都是巧合吗？李克强当过副总理主管统计局，谢伏瞻当过中国统计局的局长，孙梅君在中国统计局工作过。这也是巧合吗？孙梅君身上的李克强痕迹，还是挺明显的。他们的关系都写在文件里面。《国务院办公厅关于成立第二次全国经济普查领导小组的通知》国办发〔2008〕22号，第二次全国经济普查领导小组，组长是李克强，当时是国务院副总理，副组长尤权是国务院副秘书长。副组长，谢伏瞻是统计局局长。
尤权先后给温家宝，黄菊，李克强三个副总理当过大秘。
黄菊应该是邓小平派系的人。昨天，我们说的昆明市长刘佳晨，彭丽媛的秘书，情人。在云南压着不让提拔的。省长陈豪后来是省委书记。陈豪就是黄菊的秘书。陈豪压着刘佳晨，不让提拔的。
当时，国务院第二次全国经济普查领导小组办公室，内设工作小组，综合组：组 长：鲜祖德（国家统计局设管司司长）。鲜祖德在国家统计局当农调总队长就是孙梅君的上级。都串上了，孙梅君就是李克强的马仔。

当然如果非要说，孙梅君是国务院食品安全委员会的副主任，回良玉提拔的，那就是江泽民的人，副主任王岐山提拔的，那就是习近平的人。那我就没法聊了。也不是没有这种可能性，反正李克强是主任，王岐山是副主任。所以，我们大致看，孙梅君身上的李克强背景还是挺浓厚的。
李克强马仔孙梅君把秦运彪从公安部调到北京市公安局
这里面有一个关键的人事变动，必须提一句。2021年9月 – 2023年11月，孙梅君任中共北京市委组织部部长。
期间，2022年6月，秦运彪任北京市公安局党委副书记、副局长，后来担任市公安局党委副书记、分管日常工作的副局长。秦运彪的级别不高，但是九门提督，象征着权力更替。一切都是安排好的，都是有布局的。孙梅君去北京市担任组织部长，9个月之后，秦运彪从公安部正局级平调到北京市公安局当，副局长，后来是常务副局长。
争夺刀把子。当时二把手，现在是局长。李克强的马仔孙梅君把秦运彪从公安部调到北京市公安局。所有的证据链都是环环相扣的。习近平没戏了，刀把子都没了。

我的回复是：对，赵立坚你说的绝对靠谱，基本属于破解赵立坚这个人。我们这一段资料。1997年，他随同中国政府特使陈慕华出访巴基斯坦，参加巴基斯坦独立50周年庆祝大会。1999年，他被派任中国驻巴基斯坦大使馆，先后出任随员、三等秘书。2001年，他负责接待朱镕基总理访问巴基斯坦，参加中巴建交50周年庆祝活动。期间他协助中巴两国就合作建设瓜达尔港达成原则协议，并就喀喇昆仑公路的推进做出努力。
如果以这一段资料为准，这里面出现的人都是习近平派系的人。所以赵立坚大概率是习近平的人。因为秦刚被抓，换下去之后，赵立坚也被发配边疆了，是真的发配边疆，打发到边疆司去了，所以赵立坚这个比较明显。再加上你这段资料，基本就破解了，赵立坚。华春莹这个难度很大。首先，华春莹是淮安人，是周恩来的老乡，这是一个很大的疑点。根据我们的听床法，一个省肯定不会只有一个派系。就没有什么上海帮。
地级市大概率是一个派系的全家桶。但是凡事就有例外。比如山东省德州市基本是习近平派系的全家桶。中组部长张全景，公安部长赵克志，副总理姜春云的秘书，副总理丁薛祥的关系人。但是里面这个贺荣，我们在陕西副省长李九红里面看到。赵乐际把前任的杨凌示范区主任冯新柱抓了之后，李九红就当了杨凌示范区的常务副主任。当时的刘国中和贺荣刚刚到了陕西省。这一系列的骚操作就很明显了。抓前任的目的就是腾地方。但是光抓还不行。当时的陕西省长刘国中和陕西省委副书记贺荣，至少要有一个人是赵乐际的人，才能提拔。逻辑上是这样的。
所以贺荣很可能是江泽民的人，不是习近平的人。贺荣在北京被提拔，很明显也是在刘淇的任内被提拔的。都能对的上。贺荣虽然是德州人，但是他当官的经历全在北京。也就是说贺荣很可能和山东省德州市的联系不是很多了。她只是老家是山东省德州市，很可能是在北京长大的。其他赵克志这些习近平的人，他们都是在山东省德州市当官。他们当官的经历就在德州市，而且时间段也是在同一个相差不是很远的时间段。所以他们互相勾结是正常的。所以贺荣很可能不认识他们，德州市也是580万人口呢。
这个反例其实也不少。我们再看习近平派系的江苏省南通帮。逻辑就是虽然老家是一个地级市，但是并不一定是一个派系的。如果在一个地级市当官大概率是一个派系的。如果只是老家就不一定。我们看丁薛祥是江苏省南通市人，丁薛祥也的确是习近平派系的。苗华也是江苏省南通市人，苗华也的确是习近平派系的。但是苗华即便是习近平派系的。苗华走的关系也不是和丁薛祥一样的关系。只能说是巧合。
苗华我已经给大家破解了，苗华走的是他老丈人叶汉林的关系。叶汉林提拔的前海军政委魏金山的女婿刘晓榕。苗华的确是江苏省男同事人，但是苗华的老丈人是江苏省泰州市泰兴市人，和胡锦涛是老乡。但是很明显叶汉林的军队的经历和胡锦涛一毛钱关系也没有，只是一个尴尬的老乡而已。而且胡锦涛对江苏省泰州市我感觉没什么感情。我还没有发现胡锦涛提拔江苏省泰州市官员的案例。当年胡锦涛想要给他父母所谓的平反。请泰州市当地的官员吃饭，人家根本就没有出席胡锦涛的请客吃饭。
这泰州市的官员还是有骨气，当然了，胡锦涛当年啥都不是一个小崔。所以胡锦涛的太泰州没有感情，胡锦涛的老乡根本就不值钱。反而胡锦涛提拔了很多跟着他参加汶川大地震救灾或者是有关联的人，包括联合参谋部参谋长刘振立，13军军长许勇。
13军149师师长饶开勋，这都是中将，当时可能胡锦涛还没有权力，有权就把他们提拔成上将了。饶开勋被习近平降为了副军级。这里也可以看出来退休的军委主席的权力边界，就是提拔中将。提拔上将就难了。所以许勇和饶开勋都没提拔上去。
现在胡锦涛掌权了，他就把陈辉提拔的陆军政委上将，13军149师副师长曹均章据说也要提拔武警司令上将，这只是传言，还没有得到证实。河南省委书记刘宁，正部级相当于上将。还是亲疏有别，一个派系的人，在总书记的心目中的地位也不一样。也和个人的运气有关。赶上点了。饶开勋是师长没上去，曹均章副师长，反而要上去了。只能说是造化弄人，没有人能预测未来。
所以仅仅凭借籍贯来判断，未必很准。只能说华春莹是江苏省淮安市人，疑点很大。还有特殊的地方在哪里呢。周恩来是中国外交的祖师爷。所有的三大派系的外交系统的人都要奉周恩来为祖师爷，所以把所有人都说成是周恩来，那肯定不对。外交都是一把手亲自管的。邓小平，江泽民直接管的，肯定有他们的人。华春莹最早是在新加坡大使馆，跟着陈宝鎏。华春莹和陈宝鎏大概率是一个派系的。
