大家好，中国只有31个省委书记，省委书记肯定是总书记或者总理任命。省委书记再说不知道政治局常委发生了什么，那就说不过去了。有的省委书记就是政治局委员。省委书记应该就是中国权力的核心了。要不怎么叫做省部级大员呢。统领一方。中国历史上，省部级大员在地方称王称霸，割据一方，这种历史多了去了。唐朝有节度使割据，清朝有东南互保。中央的权力不行了之后，地方的势力就起来了，其便是中共都有分税制之争。虽然没有到了东南互保那种程度，那也是真金白金啊。重新调整了税收的分配，导致整个中国的利益分配的变化，和社会资源配置的扭曲。
我们看一下这这些党委书记都是怎么表态的。虽然都是党八股，都是弱证据。但是弱证据累计起来也要引起关注，而且这都也太明显了。最近新华社下属的《新华每日电讯》发表了很多，省委书记的专访，基本都是党八股，我给大家总结了他们提到习近平的次数。他们有的时候说习近平，有的时候说习近平总书记，有的时候说总书记。为了快速的统计，我就搜习近平或者总书记，这两个关键词，以提到次数最多的那个为准。
我们就看看这些省委书记都提到了多少次习近平，首先这都是最新的表态，我们看，江苏省委书记信长星说的，3月5日，习近平总书记再次亲临全国人代会江苏代表团参加审议。都是最新的，没几天。每篇文章最后都是署名新华社某某记者整理。党委书记发言本来就是秘书给写好的稿子。新华社还要再过滤一遍。也未必完全是省委书记原话。原话也是党八股。当然了，新华社小编也可能图省事，省委书记的秘书给什么稿子他就照发。细节具体是怎么操作的，就不太清楚了。
大家看，我搜集15个省委书记的表态，基本上可以分成3个阵营。这些文章基本都是2000来字挺包前三名是江苏省委书记信长星，湖南省委书记沈晓明，云南省委书记王宁。信长星倒是有一个特殊情况，因为习近平这个人大代表就在江苏团呢。短短2000多字的文章，提了21次习近平或者总书记，平均124字就要提一次习近平。
西藏党委书记王君正，安徽省委书记梁言顺，河南省委书记刘宁，吉林省委书记黄强。就算是中等挺包区，提到了5到7次习近平。
剩下8个省委书记，15个中超过一半了，基本对习近平是不咸不淡。分别提到了两次三次四次习近平，习近平毕竟暂时还是总书记呢，不可能一次不提吧。重庆是市长胡衡华，直辖市的市长应该是非政治局委员的省委书记是平级的。重庆市长胡衡华，辽宁省委书记郝鹏，福建省委书记周祖翼，提到了4次习近平。河北省委书记倪岳峰和山西省委书记唐登杰提到了3次习近平。陕西省委书记赵一德，山东省委书记林武，江西省委书记尹弘分别提到2次习近平。两次就差不多要把习近平下架的意思。
省委书记表态差异这么大，说明并没有统一的规定，不是规定动作，就是自选动作。这就是省委书记或者说省委书记的秘书，自由发挥的。就是这个省委书记想提几句习近平就是提几句习近平。要不然不会差异这么大。但是半数的省委书记已经对习近平不咸不淡，人还没走，茶就凉了。或者说，人已经走了，所以茶才凉了。不过还没有公开习近平已经下台了。这省委书记肯定有自己的小算盘，肯定自己掂量着来。
吹的最猛的这三个省委书记反而不是习近平的人。信长星沈晓明王宁应该都不是习近平的人。
王君正是习近平的人，真正习近平的人周祖翼，倪岳峰反而不敢海吹了。因为信长星他们不是习近平的人，习近平下台了他们也没事儿，所以还在这里厚着脸皮，抽象的海吹习近平。习近平真正的铁杆马仔，周祖翼，倪岳峰反而不敢吱声，害怕被清算。
习近平到江苏团参加人大分组审议，中组部常务副部长姜信治不再陪同。
2025年3月5日下午，习近平按惯例参加了他所在的十四届全国人大三次会议江苏代表团审议。陪同高官有中共政治局常委、中办主任蔡奇和全国政协副主席、深改办常务副主任穆虹。
值得关注的是，与中共二十大后前两年相比，习近平下团陪同高官规格逐年降低。
在2023年3月习参加江苏代表团审议时，陪同的高官是两个政治局常委蔡奇、丁薛祥，以及中共政治局委员何立峰。
在2024年3月习参加江苏代表团审议时，陪同的高官包括政治局常委蔡奇和两名政协副主席、中组部常务副部长姜信治和深改办常务副主任穆虹。
到了2025年，陪同习近平下团的高官仅剩蔡奇和穆虹。中组部常务副部长姜信治2024年曾陪同习近平下团，但这次缺席。另外，2024年7月三中全会之后，习近平习清华帮大员、中共政治局委员、中组部长李干杰也不再按惯例陪同习近平离京考察。
这个我们捋过了，三中全会之前，李干杰次次陪同习近平，离京考察。而三中全会之后，李干杰一次也没有出现过。习近平2024年上半年出去6次，李干杰此次参加。下半年出去6次，李干杰一次也没有参加。包括今年习近平出去3次，李干杰也没参加。
李干杰是习近平的铁杆马仔。1998年1月至1999年1月，34岁的李干杰在湖南省岳阳市平江县挂职，任中共岳阳市平江县委副书记。当时的湖南省委书记是王茂林（1993年9月 – 1998年10月），薄熙来的老爸薄一波1991年左右出了一本书，《七十年的回顾与思考》，王茂林给了30万，山西省给了30万。地级市的市委书记市长，那很可能是省委书记提拔的呀。李干杰在环保总局的正局级副局级就是当时的环保总局局长解振华提拔的，解振华是曲格平提拔的。曲格平是习远平的国际节能环保协会名誉会长。这都是习近平的全家桶。
朱镕基是第一个站出来支持习近平连任的元老
当时的环保总局正部级的副局长宋瑞祥就是朱镕基的铁杆马仔。习近平是朱镕基薄熙来就是一家人。薄熙来唱红打黑的总后台就是朱镕基。这名网友说朱镕基是第一个站出来支持习近平连任的元老的证据是哪个？全网也没有搜到也没有人说啊？先不管朱镕基的派系背景如何。

2025年3月7日下午，习近平出席十四届全国人大三次会议军队和武警部队代表团全体会议并发表讲话。军委副主席张又侠主持会议，军委副主席何卫东、军委委员刘振立、张升民参加会议。接受停职检查的军委委员、政治工作部主任苗华没有参加会议。另外，央视现场画面显示，身为全国人大代表的海军政委袁华智及武警司令王春宁也没有参加会议。之前，3月3日，中共十四届全国人大三次会议的军队和武警代表团成立，苗华、袁华智、王春宁也缺席。

共产党没有一句真话，看着新闻联播军队的人大代表就想笑， 大家看他们的眼神看哪里呢？眼神在看后面提词器呢。都是写好的词在哪里演戏呢。
网上传一个军队神秘的人大代表丰艳
然后新闻联播丰艳就出来自报家门。说我是支付中心的会计师。丰艳就是一个上校，她离权力的中心相差很远呢。权力斗争是在上将，中将这个级别，上校就是一个小马仔。中国的人大代表，橡皮图章，就是一个荣誉资格。丰艳这种就相当于基层的劳模，先进工作者，给个人大代表的身份就是给个荣誉。

习近平如果只能保一个人的话，他的首选肯定不是李桥铭而是苗华
央视现场画面显示，曾传出事的陆军司令李桥铭接连在3月3日、3月7日现身军队和武警代表团成立大会及全体会议。苗华与秦树桐都出自第31集团军，袁华智是苗华的海军亲信旧部，三人都是习近平的嫡系将领。王春宁是红二代，曾长期在南京军区任职。
那么李桥铭到底是什么背景？这名网友说，李桥铭回来了江泽民政治集团还是胡锦涛保的。我的回复是没法说呀。首先李桥铭回来是彻底安全了，还是过两天又出事儿。如果李桥铭是彻底安全了的话。你提问得很好，李桥铭这种级别能保他人，不是胡锦涛就是习近平，别人的级别都不够。

2025年3月5日中共全国人大会议开幕后，新华社陆续报导中共政治局常委第一轮下团参加审议情况。官媒报导各常委表态用语，背后隐现有一个统一的脚本，包含“习核心”“习思想”“习近平总书记领航掌舵”“两个确立”“两个维护”等用语。但各常委在此脚本基础上，又有不同的添加或删减。
六常委中，李强3月5日下午参加云南代表团审议，挺包最为不力，只字不提“习近平总书记领航掌舵”“两个确立”“两个维护”，反而强调“党中央决策部署”。3月6日下午，李强参加河北代表团审议，只一次提及“习近平总书记重要指示精神和党中央决策部署”，再无挺包用词。3月6日上午，李强参加全国政协经济、农业界委员联组会，也只一次提及“习近平总书记重要指示精神和中共中央确定的大政方针”，也再无其它挺包用词。李强可能是代理总书记，他不可能挺习近平，都是表面的宣传。
而在2024年3月5日，李强参加云南代表团审议，发言中遍布吹捧习近平词句，提及“习核心”“习思想”“两个确立”“四个意识”“四个自信”“两个维护”“习近平总书记关于云南工作的重要指示精神”；甚至有“更加自觉地以习思想武装头脑、指导实践、推动工作，始终在思想上政治上行动上同以习近平为核心的党中央保持高度一致”等表忠之语。
这玩意就不能看合订本，今非昔比，形势比人强。习近平马上就是破鼓万人捶，没人搭理他了。
本次二会上，李强没有像以往那样表现出对习近平俯首帖耳的姿态，他与习近平之间的互动似乎变得对等了，好像心情也不错。

中共政协、人大开幕式上，其他人都得先坐好，等待中共政治局常委最后入场，再给他们鼓掌；会议结束后，政治局常委先退场，其他人还要再给他们鼓掌。
