5月29日，我总队会同西城分局将因猥亵他人、吸食毒品被我局行政拘留的英国人安迪监护出境。

一是提前入手准备，确保流程顺畅。

由于英国人安迪的违法行为在社会上造成巨大反响，故在其被行政拘留后，我总队立即与西城分局协调，安排英国使馆官员进行领事探视询问该人详细情况，寻找家属。同时，积极与英馆沟通，联系其家属购买回国机票，确保该人能够在释放之日顺利离境。

二是加大警力投入，确保绝对安全。

对被我局治安处罚过的外国人，我总队会根据其具体情况做出不同的后续处理。由于安迪的违法行为在发生之时已经造成了极大的影响并引起多方的关注，鉴于此情况，经报请总队领导同意，在安迪行政拘留期满后，对其执行监护出境。为确保万无一失，最终确定总队、分局共派出6名警力、2名协警执行此项任务，并合理安排着装警力和便衣警力的比例，便于开展工作。

三是现场灵活应对，确保顺利登机。

在对安迪监护出境过程中，为防止该人的出现会引起公众围观等突发事件，一方面，安排安迪一直戴着口罩，进行有效遮挡；另一方面，积极与英航公司工作人员沟通协调，快速办理登机手续，缩短该人在公共场合的曝光时间。候机时，将该人控制在一个较为偏僻、人员流动较少的区域内，并通过英航公司将其安排至最后一个登机，有效地避免了可能出现的骚动。

11时15分，英国人安迪乘坐英航BA38号航班顺利离境。
