北京市局督察总队对多发性侵财案件督导检查内容
近期，全市多发性侵财案件进入高发期，市局督察总队将对多发性侵财案件进行督导检查，检查重点内容如下：
一、接报案件方面
1、派出所接到报案后是否受理、如实立案、上报刑警，并将案件信息及时、准确、详细的录入执法办案平台。
2、刑侦支队接到派出所上报的多发性侵财案件后，是否如实登记并上报值班领导。
二、侦查工作开展方面
1、侦查队对批示出现场的案件是否及时开展工作，并对涉案线索进行认真查证。
2、在本辖区范围内，通过情报、技术等串并出的系列侵财案件，是否有专门领导负责督办，是否组织专门力量开展案件回访和项目攻坚等工作。
3、在本辖区范围内串并出的系列侵财案件，是否与外区所发生的侵财案件进行跨区域串并，开展规模化打击。
4、各单位在“253”专项行动中的组织落实情况，是否有专门领导负责此项工作，是否组织专门力量开展线索查证、打击、抓捕等工作。
5、各单位在打击“两抢”犯罪专项行动中的组织落实情况，是否有专门领导负责此项工作。针对总队下发的《“两抢”案件线索表》，是否安排专人开展查证、打击、抓捕等工作。在受理“两抢”案件后，是否将被抢手机的号码、串并号及时录入执法办案平台。
6、在核销案件工作方面，是否协调与预审、法制等部门加大审查深挖力度，加强监督指导，提升破案、刑拘的数量和质量。
三、技术工作方面
1、技术队是否对多发性侵财案件做到有案必勘查，是否将现场情况按照时限要求及时录入现场勘验信息系统。
2、是否开展对涉案视频的提取和延展追踪。
3、是否完成标准化采集室的建设，采集终端能够正常投入使用。建设标准：能够连接公安网、能够登录执法办案平台的基层所、队必须配套建设标准化采集室。
4、截止目前DNA送检人员数是否完成既定指标数（指标数=实际天数/365*全年指标数）。各单位指针数：

5、侵财现场库建设标准：侵财现场送检的DNA检材案件数达到全部勘查现场数量的50%。
6、传统痕迹的应用
现场勘查数与立案数要达到同步增长。提取到指纹、足迹的案件数要比去年同期提高8%。
