“4.26”房山区周口店镇伤害致死案破案报告

一、接报案情况

2012年4月26日18时30分，我队接支队值班室布警：17时36分，一女子报警称，北京市房山区周口店镇新街村菜市场车站附近有人打架。其中一名伤者在被送往医院后经抢救无效死亡。接报后，我队侦查员立即赶赴现场开展工作。

二、破案情况

经工作查明：2012年4月26日17时30分许，赵荣国（男，39岁，北京市房山区霞云岭乡石板台村人，承包小型建筑包工业务）驾驶一辆黑色奥迪牌汽车（无牌照）到新街村大街买菜。货车司机沙常征（男，43岁，北京市房山区周口店镇新街村人）在掉头过程中摁了几下喇叭，赵荣国便称自己4岁大的儿子被吓坏。后持刀下车与沙常征理论进而引发打架，打架过程中，赵荣国将赶来的沙常征堂弟沙建新（37岁）左侧肋部扎伤。沙建新在被送往医院后经抢救无效死亡。现赵荣国因涉嫌故意伤害已被分局刑事拘留。

1. The situation of receiving reports
   At 18:30 on April 26, 2012, the duty room of our team’s reception team deployed the police: at 17:36, a woman called the police saying that there was a fight near the vegetable market station in Xinjie Village, Zhoukoudian Town, Fangshan District, Beijing. One of the injured died after being rushed to the hospital. After receiving the report, investigators of our team rushed to the scene to start work immediately.
2. Case solving
   It was found through work: at about 17:30 on April 26, 2012, Zhao Rongguo (male, 39 years old, from Shibantai Village, Xiayunling Township, Fangshan District, Beijing, contracting small-scale construction contracting business) was driving a black Audi ( No license) go to Xinjiecun Street to buy vegetables. Truck driver Sha Changzheng (male, 43 years old, from Xinjie Village, Zhoukoudian Town, Fangshan District, Beijing) honked his horn several times during the U-turn process. Zhao Rongguo claimed that his 4-year-old son was frightened. Later, he got out of the car with a knife and argued with Sha Changzheng, which led to a fight. During the fight, Zhao Rongguo stabbed Sha Jianxin (37 years old), Sha Changzheng’s cousin, in the left side of his rib. Sha Jianxin died after being sent to the hospital. Now Zhao Rongguo has been criminally detained by the branch office on suspicion of intentional injury.
