江西省公安厅经侦总队:
欣悉在你总队的积极指导下，鹰潭市公安机关综合运用各种信息系统资源，深挖源头，于近日成功破获一起特大制售假烟案，捣毁假烟制造窝点2处，抓获犯罪嫌疑人4名，查获假烟半成品337万支、过滤嘴261万支、烟丝6万余公斤以及大型卷烟机等制假设备一批，涉案金额高达7500万元，取得打击制售假烟犯罪的重大战果。在此，特向你们并通过你们向全体参战民警表示热烈的祝贺和诚挚的慰问！
“亮剑”专项行动中，鹰潭市公安机积极组织开展线索摸排分析，采用立体侦控模式，对“人、车、窝点”等各要素进行动态掌控。在获悉一条销售假烟线索后，周密部署，迅速行动，在鹰瑞高速公路查扣一辆非法运输车辆，查获烟丝13180公斤，抓获犯罪嫌疑人3名，并循线深挖，缜密侦查，彻底捣毁制假窝点源头及制假生产线一条，一举侦破全案。此案侦破工作中，参战民警机智果断，反应迅速，发扬了连续作战、团结协作的优良传统和作风，体现了你省公安民警良好的素质和作风。

I am glad to learn that under the active guidance of your team, the public security organs of Yingtan City have used various information system resources to dig deep into the source, and recently successfully cracked a huge case of counterfeit cigarettes, destroyed 2 counterfeit cigarette manufacturing dens, and arrested criminal suspects 4 people seized 3.37 million semi-finished products of counterfeit cigarettes, 2.61 million filters, more than 60,000 kilograms of shredded tobacco, and a batch of counterfeit equipment such as large-scale cigarette rolling machines. In the “Bright Sword” special action, the Yingtan City Public Security Bureau actively organized and carried out clue analysis, and adopted a three-dimensional investigation and control model to dynamically control various elements such as “people, vehicles, and dens”.
