为了改善公安业务技术基础设施条件，更好发挥公安保卫工作职能，促进社会和谐稳定发展，该项目资金已经于2010年下达，由于当时选址是现在的办公楼位置，新区土地没有转换，没有实施。目前正是施工的黄金季节，新区选址已经确定，加之阿荣旗与呼伦贝尔市所在地路途远，工期紧为了能够抓紧开工建设，特申请公安业务技术用房项目招投标及施工。
