宛平路位于徐汇区北部。

北起淮海中路，南至肇嘉浜路。

毕卡第公寓

衡山宾馆位于衡山路、宛平路转角，原名毕卡第公寓，由法商万国储蓄合集资兴建，中法实业公司设计，潘荣记等四家营造厂承建，钢筋混凝土框架结，1934年竣工。这是一座高达62.1米的钢框架结构的综合性公寓建筑，属于近代建筑形式。立面处理非常简单，底层墙面用深色作为基座，其他墙面全部用水泥粉刷，不作任何装饰。

衡山宾馆不同分层的高度不同，当中16层，两翼由13层、12层至10层，成阶梯状下降。底层原为出租商店，以上各层共有住房87套。主楼后侧有三层螺旋形车库，建筑外貌简洁。1955年，毕卡第公寓改建为宾馆。1979年于车库顶上新建餐厅和宴会厅。80年代中期又给加层和重新装修，正面中部安装了观光电梯。1960年改为衡山宾馆。

礼雪温公寓

宛平路42号在天平路街道西北部，占地126.67平方米。居民11户，29人。房屋建于1945年，原名礼雪温公寓，建筑面积603平方米，这是一幢5层楼的现代派建筑风格的公寓。

其平面呈长方形对称布置，土黄色清水砖墙，中间为白色水泥门洞，上有垂带形雕饰。一、二层间有白色三角形和涡纹装饰带，凸出的内阳台为清水红砖墙，这使整幢建筑的外立面呈现出强烈的立体感和色彩对比。

大花园洋房

宛平路10弄现为民居，内部有特大的花园，整个弄堂共分二个出入口，北边是10号、12号、20号三幢楼；南边则是14号-18号。中间的小路不汇合，南边入口进去通向康平路152弄，另一边通向淮海中路1857弄一条经典又秘密的弄堂。

汶林民居

宛平路189弄是新式里弄，建于1927年，建成后以汶林路命名为“汶林别墅”。内有3层楼房9幢，4层楼房2幢，住宅底层为附屋。在这条路的东侧有汶林一、二、三村。这些都是新式里弄，里面也都是砖木结构的3层楼房。宛平路上的弄堂曲径通幽，两边围墙里伸展出来的浓荫夹道，使弄堂显得更为幽深。

汶林三村位于天平路街道西南部，在宛平路295弄1-19号，宛平路东，肇嘉浜路北，占地1040平方米，有居民58户，162人。1927年建造，砖木结构3层楼房7幢（13-19号），后有二层汽车间附屋12幢（1-12号），建筑面积1735平方米，属于民国兴建的新式里弄。

Hengshan Hotel is located at the corner of Hengshan Road and Wanping Road. It was originally called Piccadilly Apartments. It was built with funds raised by the French businessman IWC, designed by Sino-French Industrial Company, and constructed by Pan Rongji and other four construction plants. It was constructed with a reinforced concrete frame and was completed in 1934. This is a comprehensive apartment building with a steel frame structure of 62.1 meters high, which belongs to the modern architectural form. The facade treatment is very simple. The ground floor wall is made of dark color as the base, and the other walls are all painted with cement without any decoration.
