蔡奇表示，北京将统筹全市优质资源，推进全方位协同合作，敲定先期支持项目，集中力量支持河北雄安新区建设开局起步。
1、推进中小学、幼儿园、医院等一批优质公共服务“交钥匙”项目率先落地，通过托管、组建联合体等方式再推进一批现有存量资源提升服务水平。
2、推进优势创新资源集中布局，在雄安新区设立中关村科技园，作为今后一个时期打造京津冀协同创新共同体的主要平台，积极引导首都创新要素资源相对集中落地，促进科技成果到园区孵化转化，促进雄安新区发展新经济、形成新动能。
3、推进综合交通网络直联直通，与河北通力协作，把雄安新区打造成为京津冀交通一体化的重要节点，推动雄安新区与北京交通路网高效顺畅衔接。统筹研究推动现有交通干线扩容提速和城际铁路、高速公路有序接入北京市域路网和轨道交通网络。
4、推进疏解承接无缝对接，凡是愿意到雄安新区发展的在京资源，我们都坚决支持，积极做好服务与衔接，助力雄安形成新的区域增长极。抓紧谋划集中疏解与承接有关事项，创新激励机制和政策。
5、推进改革创新联动互促。河北省注重雄安新区高起点规划、管理体制设计、房地产管控、资金筹措等，处处体现着改革创新精神，有很多经验值得北京学习借鉴。要建立常态化的合作交流机制，共享规划、建设、管理等方面的经验。在户籍、养老、社保、公共服务等方面联动推进一体化改革，引导符合雄安新区定位的相关功能、产业事业及人口向雄安有序转移。
蔡奇强调，要着眼于建设世界级城市群这一战略目标，深入推动京津冀协同发展。
1、着力打造城市群骨架，两翼应互为呼应，共同打造城市规划建设的典范，共同推进交通一体化发展，形成健康有力的城市群“骨骼系统”。
2、着力抓好重点领域突破，生态协同治理上要向纵深推进，深化区域联防联控，确保京津冀空气质量持续好转；携手创建京张承生态文明先行示范区；积极推进曹妃甸协同发展示范区、新机场临空经济区等重要平台建设，打造优势产业集群，促进区域产业转型升级，打造更多合作共赢的样板。
3、认真贯彻精准扶贫、精准脱贫基本方略，积极做好对口帮扶工作，以扶贫协作实效促进协同发展，携手张家口、承德、保定的16个县（区）共同奔小康。北京市各区要精准对接，积极支持结对县（区）脱贫攻坚。
4、充分发挥冬奥会、冬残奥会的牵引作用，推进交通、市政、电力、水务通信、气象、医疗等基础设施建设，促进张承保地区城市建设和发展，努力交出冬奥会筹办和经济社会发展两份优异答卷。
赵克志说，在深入学习习近平总书记“7·26”重要讲话精神、喜迎党的十九大胜利召开之际，蔡奇书记、陈吉宁代市长一行到河北考察指导，支持河北雄安新区规划设计建设，这是深入学习贯彻总书记重要讲话精神、推动京津冀协同发展的重要举措，充分体现了北京市委、市政府贯彻落实党中央重大决策部署的高度政治自觉和强烈责任担当。
