王君正与王晓萍一行座谈

2024年8月8日，自治区党委书记王君正在拉萨与人力资源和社会保障部党组书记、部长王晓萍一行座谈。自治区党委副书记、自治区主席严金海也参加了此次座谈。

王君正代表自治区党委和政府对王晓萍一行来藏调研表示热烈欢迎，并对人力资源和社会保障部长期以来对西藏的大力支持表示感谢。他简要介绍了西藏的经济社会发展情况，并指出，党的十八大以来，以习近平同志为核心的党中央高度重视西藏工作，明确了“稳定、发展、生态、强边”四件大事，确立了新时代党的治藏方略，为西藏工作指明了方向。自治区党委团结带领全区各族干部群众，持之以恒抓好“四件大事”落实，推动各项事业不断取得新成绩。

王君正强调，人力资源和社会保障部长期以来以高度的政治自觉，坚决贯彻落实党中央决策部署，把支持西藏发展作为一项重大政治任务统筹谋划、扎实推进，为社会主义现代化新西藏建设作出了积极贡献。他希望人力资源和社会保障部继续关心支持西藏工作，在健全社会保障体系、完善高校毕业生就业机制、提高居民收入、强化就业政策引导等方面给予更多指导和帮助，促进高质量充分就业。

王晓萍介绍了此次考察调研的有关情况。她表示，此次赴藏调研，深刻感受到西藏自治区党委坚决贯彻落实习近平总书记关于西藏工作的重要指示和新时代党的治藏方略，推动经济社会发展取得了良好成效。西藏自治区党委高度重视民生工作，把就业作为治边稳藏的基础性工作抓紧抓实，各族群众的获得感、幸福感和安全感不断增强。人力资源和社会保障部将继续结合西藏实际，深化部区合作，在促进就业创业、人才政策服务、技能人才培养等方面加大支持力度，助力西藏长治久安和高质量发展。

座谈结束后，王晓萍和严金海分别代表双方签署了战略合作协议。

On August 8, 2024, Wang Junzheng, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Autonomous Region, held a discussion with Wang Xiaoping, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Minister of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, and his delegation in Lhasa. Yan Jinhai, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Autonomous Region and Chairman of the Autonomous Region, also attended the discussion.

On behalf of the Party Committee and the Government of the Autonomous Region, Wang Junzheng warmly welcomed Wang Xiaoping and his delegation to Tibet for research, and expressed gratitude to the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security for its long-term strong support for Tibet. He briefly introduced the economic and social development of Tibet, and pointed out that since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core has attached great importance to Tibet’s work, clarified the four major issues of “stability, development, ecology, and strengthening the border”, established the Party’s strategy for governing Tibet in the new era, and pointed out the direction for Tibet’s work. The Party Committee of the Autonomous Region united and led the cadres and masses of all ethnic groups in the region to persevere in implementing the “four major issues” and promote various undertakings to continuously achieve new achievements.

Wang Junzheng emphasized that the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security has long been highly politically conscious and resolutely implemented the decisions and arrangements of the Party Central Committee, and has made overall planning and solid progress in supporting Tibet’s development as a major political task, making positive contributions to the construction of a socialist modern new Tibet. He hoped that the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security would continue to care about and support Tibet’s work, and provide more guidance and help in improving the social security system, improving the employment mechanism for college graduates, increasing residents’ income, and strengthening employment policy guidance, so as to promote high-quality and full employment.

Wang Xiaoping introduced the relevant situation of this inspection and investigation. She said that during this investigation in Tibet, she deeply felt that the Party Committee of the Tibet Autonomous Region resolutely implemented General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important instructions on Tibet’s work and the Party’s Tibet governance strategy in the new era, and promoted economic and social development. The Party Committee of the Tibet Autonomous Region attaches great importance to people’s livelihood work, and takes employment as the basic work of border governance and stability in Tibet. The sense of gain, happiness and security of people of all ethnic groups has been continuously enhanced. The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security will continue to deepen cooperation between the ministry and the region in light of Tibet’s actual situation, increase support in promoting employment and entrepreneurship, talent policy services, and skill talent training, and help Tibet achieve long-term stability and high-quality development.

After the discussion, Wang Xiaoping and Yan Jinhai signed a strategic cooperation agreement on behalf of both parties.
