　　一、任命李剑为最高人民法院民事审判第三庭庭长，免去其民事审判第三庭副庭长职务。
　　二、任命刘为波为最高人民法院刑事审判第五庭副庭长。
　　三、任命郎贵梅（女）为最高人民法院民事审判第三庭副庭长。
　　四、免去于厚森的最高人民法院第三巡回法庭副庭长职务。
　　五、任命楼缙东、杜国顺、吕媛（女）、秦保军为最高人民法院审判员。
　　六、免去于明、陈现杰、李明义、周觅（女）的最高人民法院审判员职务。

List of appointments and removals of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress
(Adopted at the 11th meeting of the Standing Committee of the 14th National People’s Congress on September 13, 2024)

1. Appoint Li Jian as the Chief Judge of the Third Civil Tribunal of the Supreme People’s Court and remove him from the post of Vice Chief Judge of the Third Civil Tribunal.
2. Appoint Liu Weibo as the Vice Chief Judge of the Fifth Criminal Tribunal of the Supreme People’s Court.
3. Appoint Lang Guimei (female) as the Vice Chief Judge of the Third Civil Tribunal of the Supreme People’s Court.
4. Remove Yu Housen from the post of Vice Chief Judge of the Third Circuit Court of the Supreme People’s Court.
5. Appoint Lou Jindong, Du Guoshun, Lv Yuan (female), and Qin Baojun as judges of the Supreme People’s Court.
6. Remove Yu Ming, Chen Xianjie, Li Mingyi, and Zhou Mi (female) from the post of judges of the Supreme People’s Court.
