信丰县公安局举办新《刑事诉讼法》专题培训班
新修改的《刑事诉讼法》将于2013年1月1日起实施，为全面做好新《刑事诉讼法》实施前的准备工作，实现刑事执法工作与新《刑事诉讼法》无缝衔接，全面掌握新刑事诉讼法知识，确保修改后刑事诉讼法在办案工作中得到贯彻落实。12月6日、7日，信丰县公安局专门邀请检察院侦查监督科方世强科长、公诉科副科长刘隽翌到该局授课，全局民警分两批参加培训听课。
培训会上，检察院方世强科长、公诉科副科长刘隽翌主要针对《刑事诉讼法》修正后公安民警在执法办案中面临的挑战和机遇，围绕辩护制度、证据规则、强制措施、侦查措施、特别程序、司法监督等方面，对比新旧《刑事诉讼法》，进行了详细全面的解读，并结合典型案例，就新《刑事诉讼法》在执法办案中的实际运用及执法办案中常见问题进行了一系列讲解。
