决战亮剑行动贺电-“猎鲨十四号”战役
重庆、河北、四川省、直辖市公安厅、局：
欣悉重庆市公安机关会同河北、四川两地公安机关，在公安部统一指挥调度下，于2011年10月24日成功开展打击制售假冒名牌电缆“猎鲨十四号”战役行动，共破案23起，捣毁生产、销售窝点49个，打掉犯罪团伙21个，抓获犯罪嫌疑人71名，查获假冒“天缆小猫”、“百吉”等10余种品牌各型号伪劣电缆、电线及制假设备一大批，涉案金额7400余万元。在此，特向你们并通过你们向全体参战民警表示热烈的祝贺和诚挚的慰问！
在纵深推进决战“亮剑”行动中，你们科学谋划，周密部署，组织相关部门、警种对侵犯知识产权和制售伪劣商品犯罪发起总攻，誓夺“亮剑”行动决战决胜。今年8月，重庆公安机关根据前期破获的张瑞江等人销售假冒伪劣电缆案，缜密侦查、循线深挖，上追货源、下捣销售，梳理并为各地提供了大批有价值犯罪线索；河北、四川两地公安机关高度重视，树立全局观，紧密协助配合，精心组织，分头侦控，迅速锁定一大批重要犯罪嫌疑人及销售窝点。在10月24日统一收网行动中，各地公安机关多警联动，兵分数路，分进合击，彻底摧毁了数个长期分散在各地的制售伪劣电缆犯罪网络，取得了决战“亮剑”行动的一次重大胜利，为维护市场经济秩序、保障人民群众的生命健康安全作出了突出贡献，充分体现了你们高度的社会责任感和打击侵犯知识产权和制售伪劣商品犯罪的坚定决心。
