“五个坚持”
纵深推进党员干部集中教育实践活动
坚持政治理念不动摇。
在活动过程中，分局党委班子高度重视、率先垂范，为全体民警树立了榜样，率先培育民警在把自己真正融入到群众中去、不当旁观者，不做局外人，努力做党员干部集中教育实践活动的积极宣传者、模范实践者和坚定维护者，打牢民警思想信念和道德基础，努力提高队伍的凝聚力、向心力和战斗力。
坚持优良作风不放松。
政工部门对全局民警的思想状况进行认真剖析，促使民警正确对待苦和累，正确对待名利得失，正确对待工作与家庭现实问题,从而激发民警的工作热情，以饱满的精神状态完成各项工作。培养民警“做小事、办小案”的理念，牢记“立警为公、执法为民”宗旨，以优良的作风完成各项公安工作。
坚持统筹兼顾不落后。
坚持将创先争优活动、“亲民爱民建雷锋式警队活动”、“三访三评”深化“大走访”活动、“人民警察核心价值观教育实践活动”与党员干部集中教育实践活动相结合，做到教育实践活动与公安中心工作“两手抓”、“两不误”、“两促进”。最大限度的挖掘民警潜能，让民警直观感受教育实践活动的激励作用，为公安工作争荣誉、添光彩。
坚持为民服务不懈怠。
时刻牢记“全心全意为人民服务”的宗旨，从教育实践活动中汲取政治营养，将人民群众的安全感和满意度作为工作的“指挥棒”，积极为人民群众办好事、办实事，不断提高服务群众的能力，提升自身执法素质，推出新的便民措施和优质高效的服务。
坚持维护稳定不松懈。
切实将“解放思想、提振信心、增强素质、改进作风”这一主题思想根植于民警心中，激励引导广大民警坚守忠诚的政治本色、筑牢为民的宗旨理念、坚定公正的价值追求、严守廉洁的基本操守。深入基层、深入群众，摸排辖区不稳定因素，用心化解矛盾纠纷，切实履行好“保一方平安”的使命，为辖区经济社会稳定发展营造良好的治安环境。
