“五项举措”
纵深推进党员干部集中教育实践活动
一是强化学习培训，提升队伍素质。
定期组织党委班子成员学习市第四次党代会精神、万盛经开区体制和运行方式并适时开展讨论。从青年民警中挑选精干警力组建应急处突队，加强实战训练，为社会稳定保驾护航。
二是深入基层群众，排处矛盾隐患。
坚持局领导和派出所长定期接访制，限期化解重点信访案件。对工作中收集的苗头和不稳定因素，组织专门力量，采取相应措施，全力攻坚克难，从源头上预防和减少信访问题的产生。截至目前，共接访案件49件，回访案件当事人77名，满意率达90％以上。
三是强化专项整治，维护治安稳定。
开展严打整治专项行动，严厉打击违法犯罪，净化社会治安环境。全局民警不辞辛劳、昼夜循环，截至目前，共计破获刑事案件915件，打击各类违法犯罪人员300人，抓获外省逃犯22人，收缴毒品6.29公斤，人民群众拍手称快。
四是坚持为民理念，推出便民举措。
印发“二代身份证换发通知书”5000份，小区民警逐一下发到未换发二代证居民手中，确保宣传无盲区。对行动不便及孤寡老人等办证的困难群体，采取上门照相采集信息和送证上门等服务。
五是客观整改问题，确保良性发展。
邀请人大代表、政协委员、企业法人及其他群众代表255人次召开监督员座谈会，收集对公安机关工作作风、服务态度、管理水平等方面的建议25条。及时对收集的建议意见进行归类、分析、整改，提升了执法公信力和满意度。

“Five Measures”
Deeply promote the concentrated education and practice activities of party members and cadres
The first is to strengthen learning and training to improve the quality of the team.
Regularly organize members of the party committee to study the spirit of the Fourth Municipal Party Congress, the system and operation mode of the Wansheng Economic Development Zone, and conduct discussions in due course. Select capable police force from young policemen to form an emergency response team, strengthen actual combat training, and escort social stability.
The second is to go deep into the grassroots and eliminate hidden dangers.
Adhere to the regular visit system of bureau leaders and police station chiefs, and resolve key petition cases within a time limit. For the symptoms and unstable factors collected in the work, organize special forces, take corresponding measures, make every effort to overcome difficulties, and prevent and reduce the occurrence of letters and visits from the source. Up to now, a total of 49 cases have been received and interviewed, and 77 parties involved in the cases have been interviewed, with a satisfaction rate of over 90%.
The third is to strengthen special rectification and maintain public security and stability.
Carry out the special action of crackdown and rectification, severely crack down on illegal crimes, and purify the social security environment. The local police have worked tirelessly and worked day and night. Up to now, a total of 915 criminal cases have been cracked, 300 criminals of various types have been cracked down, 22 fugitives from other provinces have been arrested, and 6.29 kilograms of drugs have been confiscated. The people applaud.
The fourth is to adhere to the concept of serving the people and launch measures for the convenience of the people.
Print and distribute 5,000 copies of the “Notice of Renewal of Second-Generation ID Cards”, and the community police will distribute them to residents who have not renewed their second-generation ID cards one by one to ensure that there is no blind spot in publicity. For groups with difficulties in obtaining certificates, such as those with limited mobility and widows and elderly people, services such as door-to-door photography and information collection and door-to-door delivery of certificates are adopted.
The fifth is to rectify problems objectively to ensure healthy development.
Invite 255 representatives of the National People’s Congress, members of the CPPCC, corporate legal persons and other representatives of the masses to hold supervisors’ symposiums, and collect 25 suggestions on the work style, service attitude, and management level of public security organs. Timely classify, analyze, and rectify the collected suggestions and opinions, which improves the credibility and satisfaction of law enforcement.
