黑山派出所4天缉捕2逃犯、捣毁1赌窝
近日，分局黑山派出所在辖区群众的大力支持下，全所民警不辞辛劳、连续作战，不断强化案件侦破力度，冲刺年终目标任务，四天内成功抓获两名外省逃犯、捣毁一个聚众赌博窝点，有效遏制了刑事治安案件的高发势头，为分局夏秋决战再添硕果，为迎接党的十八大胜利召开营造了良好的社会治安环境。
获线索 捕逃犯
黑山派出所通过摸排获悉情报信息：在贵州省桐梓县因寻衅滋事案被上网追逃的犯罪嫌疑人王某于近日回到万盛经开区。获悉信息后，黑山派出所立即就如何抓捕王某进行研究部署，安排精干警力前往王某居住地进行蹲点布控，伺机实施抓捕。9月3日，民警在塔山棚户区加气站附近以“瓮中捉鳖”的方式成功将这名省外逃犯抓捕归案。目前，犯罪嫌疑人王某已移交贵州省警方处理。
铲赌患 正风气
黑山派出所接群众举报：黑山镇天星村一偏僻农家院坝有人在搞赌博。获悉情况后，所领导高度重视，立即安排民警进行核实。经调查，该赌博窝点主要采取“八搭二”的方式实施赌博，涉赌金额较大，聚赌人员主要来自綦江、江津、巴南、沙坪坝等地。
9月4日17时许，项目民警雷霆出击，实施抓捕行动。在接近窝点的农村机耕道上，四名搭乘“接客专用车”空手而归的赌客被民警逮个正着。抓捕组遂对该农家四周进行严密围堵，随着一声令下，民警迅速扑向院坝，抓获涉赌人员9人，缴获赌资6万余元，收缴赌具9副。目前，违法人员刘某等7人已被行政处罚，此案正在进一步深挖中。
细盘问 添战果
9月6日18时许，黑山派出所接景区工作人员电话：黑山谷景区发现一赤裸上身、身上多处刮伤、言行举止异常的男子。接报后，派出所值班民警立即赶赴景区了解情况并在景区工作人员的协助下把将该男子带回派出所进行详细调查。
当民警问及其姓名、住址、籍贯等情况时，该男子神色恍惚、回答语无伦次，且时而用广西话时而用重庆话回答。当问到为什么到黑山谷、为什么赤裸上身，该男子的回答更是自相矛盾。最终，在民警的反复追问和耐心规劝下，该男子抱头痛哭交代了其因职务侵占被广西省南宁市警方列为上网逃犯，遂潜逃回綦江老家后东躲西藏的事实经过。目前，该犯罪嫌疑人罗某已被刑事拘留。

Heishan Police Station arrested 2 fugitives and destroyed 1 gambling den in 4 days
Recently, with the strong support of the people in the area under its jurisdiction, the Heishan Police Station of the Sub-bureau has worked tirelessly and continuously to fight, continuously strengthened the detection of cases, and sprinted to the year-end target tasks. Within four days, they successfully captured two fugitives from other provinces and destroyed a gathering place for gambling. This has helped the high incidence of criminal security cases, added fruitful results to the summer and autumn decisive battles of the sub-bureau, and created a good social security environment for the victory of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.
Get clues and catch fugitives
The Heishan Police Station learned the intelligence information through investigation: Wang, the criminal suspect who was chased on the Internet for picking quarrels and provoking troubles in Tongzi County, Guizhou Province, recently returned to the Wansheng Economic and Technological Development Zone. After being informed of the information, the Heishan Police Station immediately conducted research and deployment on how to arrest Wang, and arranged elite police forces to go to Wang’s residence for surveillance and arrest. On September 3, the police successfully arrested the fugitive from outside the province by “catch a turtle in an urn” near the gas station in the shanty town of Tashan. At present, the suspect Wang has been handed over to the Guizhou provincial police.
Shovel gambling, positive atmosphere
The Heishan Police Station received a report from the masses: Someone was engaged in gambling in a remote farmyard in Tianxing Village, Heishan Town. After being informed of the situation, the leaders of the institute attached great importance to it and immediately arranged for the police to verify it. After investigation, the gambling den mainly adopts the method of “eight take two” to carry out gambling, the amount of gambling involved is relatively large, and the people who gather for gambling mainly come from Qijiang, Jiangjin, Banan, Shapingba and other places.
At about 17:00 on September 4th, the police from the project launched an arrest operation. On the rural machine farming road close to the den, four gamblers who returned empty-handed in a “special pick-up vehicle” were caught by the police. The arresting team then tightly surrounded the farmhouse. Following an order, the police quickly rushed to Yuanba, arrested 9 people involved in gambling, seized more than 60,000 yuan in gambling funds, and confiscated 9 sets of gambling equipment. At present, the offender Liu and other 7 people have been administratively punished, and the case is being further investigated.
Detailed cross-examination adds results
At 18:00 on September 6, the Heishan Police Station received a call from the staff of the scenic spot: a man with a shirtless body, multiple scratches on his body, and abnormal behavior was found in the Heishan Valley Scenic Area. After receiving the report, the police on duty at the police station immediately rushed to the scenic spot to understand the situation and, with the assistance of the staff of the scenic spot, took the man back to the police station for detailed investigation.
When the police asked about his name, address, and place of origin, the man looked dazed and gave incoherent answers, sometimes speaking in Guangxi dialect and sometimes in Chongqing dialect. When asked why he went to the Black Valley and why he was topless, the man’s answer was even more contradictory. In the end, under repeated questioning and patient persuasion by the police, the man cried bitterly and confessed that he was listed as a fugitive online by the Nanning City Police in Guangxi Province due to occupational occupation, and fled back to his hometown in Qijiang and then hid in Tibet. At present, the suspect Luo has been under criminal detention.
