浅析如何提高派出所民警做群众工作的能力和水平

一、夯实思想、牢记宗旨，在做人民群众真正的贴心人方面下苦功。

二、体察民情、关心民意，在创人民群众满意活动上下功夫。

第二，善于解决矛盾纠纷。
