天津市委常委连茂君是王岐山的马仔
连茂君（1970年11月—），辽宁朝阳人。1990年5月参加工作。现任中共天津市委常委，滨海新区区委书记，中国（天津）自由贸易试验区管委会主任。
2011年1月，连茂君担任沈阳市于洪区区长，同时还兼任另外两个新区-沈阳大工业区管委会和沈阳丁香湖新城管委会主任。时任沈阳市长为陈海波。
2013年2月，连茂君调任沈阳市政府秘书长，跻身副厅长级。时任沈阳市长为陈海波。
2016年9月，连茂君改任沈阳市委常委，秘书长。时任沈阳市委书记为王蒙徽。湖北三任省委书记蒋超良，应勇，王蒙徽都有王岐山的背景。蒋超良曾经去广东协助王岐山处理金融危机。应勇和前任最高检察长张军都有王岐山的背景。湖北省长王忠林是王岐山亲信郭树清在山东提拔的干部。2017年6月，王蒙徽从辽宁副书记兼任沈阳市委书记调任住建部党组书记、部长。2017年7月20日，易炼红任沈阳市委书记。
2018年6月，连茂君再次回到熟悉的开发区工作，担任沈抚新区管委会主任。两个月后2018年8月，时任沈阳市委书记易炼红调任江西省长。易炼红也是王岐山派系的。易炼红是周强大秘。两任最高法院长，周强和张军都有王岐山的背景。周强是王岐山女婿黄耀文的西南政法系。周强大秘孙晓勇，2023年5月，出任邓家贵和王岐山控制的中国建设银行总行法务部总经理。张军是王岐山在中纪委的副手。
2020年4月，连茂君接替担任中国石油化工集团董事长的张玉卓，担任天津市滨海新区书记，并任天津市委常委。张玉卓是王岐山亲信。张玉卓，现在的国资委主任。2011年至2014年，张玉卓任神华集团副董事长。2014年至2017年，张玉卓任神华集团董事长。王岐山的女婿黄耀文，2013年至2016年，任神华集团法务部总经理。王岐山抓了黄兴国，张东锋担任天津市长。王岐山抓了黄兴国之后，派去天津的干部王东，怀进鹏，张国清，阴和俊，廖国勋，金湘军，张工，张玉卓，全是王岐山的人。前后4任科协书记，尚勇，

连茂君简历
辽宁省
1993年，连茂君毕业于辽宁商业高等专科学校（先后被并入锦州师范学院和渤海大学）商业计算机应用专业。1993年8月，连茂君入职中国北方航空，先后担任飞行部组织干事，客舱服务部办公室主任，政治处副主任，团委副书记。
2002年2月开始，连茂君在沈阳市内的多个新区管理委员会任职。连茂君先在沈阳农业高新技术开发区管委会担任办公室主任，纪工委副书记，管委会主任助理。2004年7月至11月，连茂君在保留上述职务的同时，还兼任沈阳农业高新区房产局局长。2005年6月，连茂君升任管委会主任。
2006年6月，连茂君调到沈阳市内的另一个新区蒲河新城担任管委会副主任，其后还兼任过沈北新区副区长，沈阳玉米工业产业园管委会主任等职务（他还在此期间于班尼迪克大学攻读了管理学硕士）。
2008年，连茂君担任沈阳沈北新区区委常委，常务副区长一直到2010年12月。

Lian Maojun, member of the Standing Committee of the Tianjin Municipal Party Committee, is Wang Qishan’s son
Lian Maojun (November 1970-) was born in Chaoyang, Liaoning. Started working in May 1990. He is currently a member of the Standing Committee of the Tianjin Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China, Secretary of the Binhai New Area Committee, and Director of the Management Committee of the China (Tianjin) Pilot Free Trade Zone.
In January 2011, Lian Maojun served as the mayor of Yuhong District in Shenyang City, and also served as the director of the Management Committee of Shenyang Large Industrial Zone and the Management Committee of Shenyang Dingxiang Lake New City in two other new districts. Hubei Governor Wang Zhonglin was a cadre promoted in Shandong by Wang Qishan’s crony Guo Shuqing. In June 2017, Wang Menghui was transferred from deputy secretary of Liaoning and secretary of the Shenyang Municipal Party Committee to secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Minister of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development. On July 20, 2017, Yi Lianhong was appointed Secretary of the Shenyang Municipal Party Committee.
In June 2018, Lian Maojun returned to work in the development zone he was familiar with and served as director of the Shenfu New District Management Committee. Two months later, in August 2018, Yi Lianhong, then Secretary of the Shenyang Municipal Party Committee, was transferred to the post of Governor of Jiangxi Province. Yi Lianhong is also from Wang Qishan’s faction. Yi Lianhong is Zhou Qiang’s secret. The two Supreme Court chiefs, Zhou Qiang and Zhang Jun, both have Wang Qishan’s background. Zhou Qiang is from the Southwest Political and Legal Department of Wang Qishan’s son-in-law Huang Yaowen. Sun Xiaoyong, Zhou Qiang’s secretary, will serve as general manager of the legal department of China Construction Bank Head Office in May 2023, under the supervision of Deng Jiagui and Wang Qishan. Zhang Jun is Wang Qishan’s deputy at the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection.
In April 2020, Lian Maojun succeeded Zhang Yuzhuo, who served as chairman of China Petrochemical Corporation, as secretary of Tianjin Binhai New Area and a member of the Standing Committee of the Tianjin Municipal Committee. Zhang Yuzhuo is a close confidant of Wang Qishan. Zhang Yuzhuo, current director of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission. From 2011 to 2014, Zhang Yuzhuo served as vice chairman of Shenhua Group. From 2014 to 2017, Zhang Yuzhuo served as chairman of Shenhua Group. Wang Qishan’s son-in-law Huang Yaowen served as the general manager of the legal department of Shenhua Group from 2013 to 2016. Wang Qishan arrested Huang Xingguo and Zhang Dongfeng became the mayor of Tianjin. After Wang Qishan captured Huang Xingguo, the cadres Wang Dong, Huai Jinpeng, Zhang Guoqing, Yin Hejun, Liao Guoxun, Jin Xiangjun, Zhang Gong, and Zhang Yuzhuo sent to Tianjin were all Wang Qishan’s people. He served four times as Secretary of the Association for Science and Technology, Shang Yong,
Huai Jinpeng, Zhang Yuzhuo, and He Junche were all from the Wang Qishan faction. The three directors of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, Xiao Yaqing, Hao Peng, and Zhang Yuzhuo, were all members of the Wang Qishan faction.

Liaoning Province
In 1993, Lian Maojun graduated from Liaoning Commercial College (which was successively merged into Jinzhou Normal University and Bohai University) majoring in business computer applications. In August 1993, Lian Maojun joined China Northern Airlines and served successively as the Organization Officer of the Flight Department, Director of the Cabin Service Department Office, Deputy Director of the Political Department, and Deputy Secretary of the Youth League Committee.
Since February 2002, Lian Maojun has served on several new district management committees in Shenyang City. Lian Maojun first served as the office director, deputy secretary of the Disciplinary Committee, and assistant director of the Management Committee of Shenyang Agricultural High-tech Development Zone. From July to November 2004, while retaining the above-mentioned positions, Lian Maojun also served as the director of the Real Estate Bureau of Shenyang Agricultural High-tech Zone. In June 2005, Lian Maojun was promoted to director of the Management Committee.
In June 2006, Lian Maojun was transferred to Puhe New Town, another new district in Shenyang, as deputy director of the management committee. In 2008, Lian Maojun served as a member of the Standing Committee of the Shenbei New District Committee in Shenyang and as the executive deputy district chief until December 2010. [2]

In November 2019, Lian Maojun was promoted to deputy ministerial level across provinces for the first time and served as deputy mayor of Tianjin.
In April 2020, Lian Maojun succeeded Zhang Yuzhuo, who served as chairman of China Petrochemical Corporation, as secretary of Tianjin Binhai New Area and a member of the Standing Committee of the Tianjin Municipal Committee.
