新华社拉萨10月23日电：中共西藏自治区第七届委员会第一次全体会议2006年10月23日选举张庆黎为自治区党委书记，列确（藏族）、向巴平措（藏族）、胡春华、郝鹏为副书记，董贵山、巴桑顿珠（藏族）、吴英杰、王宾宜、崔玉英（女，藏族）、洛桑江村（藏族）、白玛赤林（藏族）、金书波、尹德明、公保扎西（藏族）当选为常委。中共西藏自治区纪律检查委员会第一次全体会议选举金书波为自治区纪委书记，张跃平、扎西平措（藏族）、贡嘎（女，藏族）、张秋生为纪委副书记。
