　　中新网厦门2001年6月29日消息：59岁的洪永世今天在中共厦门市第九届委员会第一次全体会议上任厦门市委书记，朱亚衍、张昌平、吴凤章任中共厦门市委副书记。

　　据新华社报道，洪永世1942年8月出生，福建永春人。1972年加入中国共产党。1984年至1997年，任中共福州市委副书记，福州市长，厦门市委副书记，厦门市长。1997年12月，洪永世在厦门市第十一届人大第一次会议上再次担任厦门市长。1999年8月，任中共厦门市委书记。洪永世是第七至九届全国人大代表。

China News Service, Xiamen, June 29, 2001: 59-year-old Hong Yongshi was appointed Secretary of the Xiamen Municipal Committee today at the first plenary session of the 9th Xiamen Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China. Zhu Yayan, Zhang Changping, and Wu Fengzhang were appointed deputy secretaries of the Xiamen Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China.

According to Xinhua News Agency, Hong Yongshi was born in August 1942 in Yongchun, Fujian. Joined the Communist Party of China in 1972. From 1984 to 1997, he served as deputy secretary of the Fuzhou Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China, mayor of Fuzhou, deputy secretary of the Xiamen Municipal Committee, and mayor of Xiamen. In December 1997, Hong Yongshi served as mayor of Xiamen again at the first session of the 11th Xiamen Municipal People’s Congress. In August 1999, he was appointed Secretary of the Xiamen Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China. Hong Yongshi is a representative of the 7th to 9th National People’s Congress.
