黄菊任中共上海市委书记

据新华社上海5月28日电 今天（2002年5月28日）召开的中共上海市第八届委员会第一次全体会议任命黄菊为市委书记，陈良宇、刘云耕、罗世谦、韩正、殷一璀（女）为市委副书记，任市委常委的还有王文惠、王安顺、黄跃金、吴志明、冯国勤、周禹鹏、范德官、王仲伟。
中共上海市纪律检查委员会第一次全会今天选举罗世谦为市纪委书记。

According to Xinhua News Agency, Shanghai, May 28, the first plenary meeting of the 8th Shanghai Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China held today (May 28, 2002) appointed Huang Ju as secretary of the municipal party committee, Chen Liangyu, Liu Yungeng, Luo Shiqian, Han Zheng, Yin Yicui ( Female) is the deputy secretary of the Municipal Party Committee. The other members of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee include Wang Wenhui, Wang Anshun, Huang Yuejin, Wu Zhiming, Feng Guoqin, Zhou Yupeng, Fan Deguan and Wang Zhongwei.
The first plenary session of the Shanghai Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection of the Communist Party of China elected Luo Shiqian as secretary of the Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection today.
