网友爆料：驻马店凤凰城小区业主集体拉起白条幅，声讨驻马店市凤凰城开发商存在多项违法、违规行为。
据凤凰城小区业主反应称，凤凰城开发商未经过建筑工程质量角度部门及消防部门的验收的情况下，就强制交房，并且交房时还未向业主提供“两书一表”。所谓的“两书一表”很多人都不知道。两书是指住宅质量保证书和住宅使用说明书，一表是指建筑工程竣工验收备案表或商品房竣工验收证。这三份材料是楼盘通过验收的标志，只有具备上述文件，才说明房屋已具备交付条件。除此之外，还有各种相关验收表格，如住户验房交接表和验收意见表（如楼宇验收记录表）等。
从凤凰城这些业主们拉起的这些白条幅上可以看出，凤凰城小区似乎还存在部分安全隐患问题。有业主反应，凤凰城小区的电梯曾发生过坠梯事件，并强调在凤凰城交房一年中曾多次发生电梯事故。部分已经入住的业主还表示，房屋已经出现墙壁裂缝现象。
