科默披露来自中国的电汇单上的收款人地址是乔-拜登在威尔明顿的住所

李祥生，渤海产业投资基金总经理，2019年8月2日，李祥生和妻子谭玲一起，给拜登儿子亨特汇款25万美元，换取拜登为他们的儿子Chris Li写推荐信。

2019年7月26日，渤海产业投资基金总经理李祥生以下属王欣（渤海产业投资基金执行董事）的名义向拜登儿子亨特汇款1万美元。

拜登的儿子Hunter Biden之前曾担任渤海华美（上海）股权投资基金管理有限公司的董事会成员，而获得拜登推荐信的，正是渤海华美的CEO李祥生之子。

华盛顿-众议院监督与问责委员会主席詹姆斯-科默（James Comer）今天宣布，众议院监督委员会传唤并获得了两份银行电汇，显示亨特-拜登在2019年7月和8月乔-拜登竞选美国总统期间收到了包括李祥生（Jonathan Li，渤海产业投资基金管理有限公司总经理）在内的中国公民的付款。乔-拜登位于特拉华州威尔明顿的家被列为两份电汇的收款地址。

“银行记录不会说谎，但乔-拜登总统会。2020 年，乔-拜登告诉美国人，他的家人从未收到过来自中国的钱。今年早些时候，我们已经证明这是一个谎言，现在我们知道，在乔-拜登竞选美国总统时，有两笔来自北京的电汇将他在威尔明顿的家列为收款地址。科默主席说：“乔-拜登担任副总统时，曾与北京的李祥生（Jonathan Li，渤海产业投资基金管理有限公司总经理）通过电话、喝过咖啡，后来还为李祥生（Jonathan Li，渤海产业投资基金管理有限公司总经理）的孩子写过大学推荐信。

    乔纳森-李和亨特-拜登在乔-拜登担任副总统期间建立了业务关系。

    2019年7月26日，亨特-拜登收到王欣（渤海产业投资基金管理有限公司执行董事）的1万美元电汇。2019 年 8 月 2 日，亨特-拜登收到李祥生（Jonathan Li，渤海产业投资基金管理有限公司总经理）和谭玲（李祥生妻子）发来的 25 万美元电汇。这两份电汇都发自北京，乔-拜登在特拉华州威尔明顿的家被列为这两份电汇的收款地址。

    近三个月后，即 2019 年 10 月 13 日，亨特-拜登的律师乔治-梅西雷斯（George Mesires）表示，亨特-拜登没有从 BHR 收到任何钱，也没有披露乔纳森-李的任何付款。

    证据显示，乔-拜登在担任副总统期间以及在向亨特-拜登支付这些款项之前，与乔纳森-李建立了熟悉的关系。拜登的商业伙伴德文-阿彻（Devon Archer）描述了乔-拜登如何在中国北京与李乔纳森会面、通电话，以及后来为他的孩子写大学推荐信。

2013年12月，在副总统访问北京期间，有报道称，”亨特在抵达北京后不久，即12月4日，帮助安排李在美国代表团下榻酒店的大堂与其父亲握手”。

    2020 年 10 月 22 日，乔-拜登谎称：”我的儿子没有赚到钱，就事情而言，你在说什么？中国。唯一在中国赚到钱的人是（特朗普总统）”。

Comer Reveals Wires from China Have Joe Biden’s Wilmington Home as the Beneficiary Address 

WASHINGTON—House Committee on Oversight and Accountability Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) today announced the House Oversight Committee subpoenaed and obtained two bank wires revealing Hunter Biden received payments originating from Chinese nationals, including Jonathan Li, in July and August 2019 when Joe Biden was running for President of the United States. Joe Biden’s Wilmington, Delaware home is listed as the beneficiary address for both wires.  

“Bank records don’t lie but President Joe Biden does. In 2020, Joe Biden told Americans that his family never received money from China. We’ve already proved that to be a lie earlier this year, and now we know that two wires originating from Beijing listed Joe Biden’s Wilmington home as the beneficiary address when he was running for President of the United States. When Joe Biden was vice president, he spoke on the phone and had coffee with Jonathan Li in Beijing, and later wrote a college letter of recommendation for his children,” said Chairman Comer.

“Joe Biden’s abuse of public office for his family’s financial gain threatens our national security. What did the Bidens do with this money from Beijing? Americans demand and deserve accountability for President Biden and the First Family’s corruption. The Oversight Committee, along with the Judiciary and Ways and Means Committees, will continue to follow the evidence and money to provide transparency and accountability.”

Key Facts:

    Jonathan Li and Hunter Biden developed a business relationship during Joe Biden’s vice presidency. 

    On July 26, 2019, Hunter Biden received a $10,000 wire from Wang Xin. On August 2, 2019, Hunter Biden received a $250,000 wire from Jonathan Li and Tan Ling. Both wires originated in Beijing and Joe Biden’s Wilmington, Delaware home is listed as the beneficiary address for both wires. 

    Nearly three months later, on October 13, 2019, Hunter Biden’s attorney George Mesires stated that Hunter Biden received no money from BHR and did not disclose any payments from Jonathan Li.

    Evidence shows Joe Biden developed a familiar relationship with Jonathan Li during his vice presidency and prior to these payments to Hunter Biden. Devon Archer, a Biden business associate, described how Joe Biden met with Jonathan Li in Beijing, China, had a phone call with him, and later wrote college recommendation letters for his children.

    In December 2013, during a vice presidential trip to Beijing, reports indicate that “Hunter, shortly after arriving in Beijing, on December 4, helped arrange for Li to shake hands with his father in the lobby of the American delegation’s hotel.”

    On October 22, 2020, Joe Biden falsely said, “My son has not made money, in terms of thing about, what are you talking about? China. The only guy who made money in China is [President Trump].”
