Clash for Windows 是目前在 Windows 上唯一可用的图形化 Clash 分支。通过 Clash API 来配置和控制 Clash 核心程序，便于用户可视化操作和使用。

中国翻墙属于违法，可以罚款1.5万元
依据是中国于1997年、1998年颁布施行的《中国计算机信息网络国际联网管理暂行规定》和该规定的实施办法。
办法规定，进行国际联网，必须使用中国邮电部国家公用电信网提供的国际出入口信道。任何单位和个人不得自行建立或者使用其他信道进行国际联网，公安可对违反规定的人给予警告，并处以最高1万5000元罚款；有违法所得的，没收违法所得。当时的邮电部，在1998年后依功能划分进国家邮政局和后来的工信部。

翻墙软件Clash属于开源软件，可以免费搭建，有免费节点，也有更流畅的付费节点。
根据网上的某个报价
价格： 基础专线：月付：￥49/月，120G流量/月。
季付：￥147/季，180G流量/月。
年付：￥588/年，240G流量/月。
中科院物理所如何报销翻墙费用？
不知道中科院是否允许直接用翻墙软件费用报销，购买Clash收费节点的费用。
还是采用变通的办法，用饭店的发票来报销。
这又是一种灰色行为。
因此，中科院作为一个研究机构，不翻墙可能就没法搞研究。
翻墙就面临违法，报销翻墙费用也是一种介于违法和合法之间的灰色行为。
当然，中共的法没有经过人民选票的授权，不能反映民意，都是伪法。
