新华网浙江频道2003年1月22日电（记者 谢云挺）浙江省第十届人民代表大会第一次会议2003年1月22日任命习近平为省人大常委会主任，俞国行、鲁松庭、徐志纯、卢文舸、叶荣宝（女）、葛圣平、李志雄、孙优贤为省人大常委会副主任。任命吕祖善为浙江省省长，章猛进、王永明、巴音朝鲁
（蒙古族） 、盛昌黎（女）、陈加元、钟山为副省长。任命张启楣为浙江省高级人民法院院长，任命孝清为浙江省人民检察院检察长（其中检察长一职需报经最高人民检察院，提请全国人大常委会批准）。

Yu Guoxing, Lu Songting, Xu Zhichun, Lu Wenge, Ye Rongbao (female), Ge Shengping, Li Zhixiong, and Sun Youxian are deputy directors of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People’s Congress.
