新华社杭州2008年1月22日电 浙江省十一届人民代表大会第一次会议2008年1月21日任命赵洪祝为省人大常委会主任，任命吕祖善为省长。任命齐奇为省高级人民法院院长。2008年1月22日任命王永明、徐宏俊、吴国华、刘奇、程渭山、张家盟、冯明（女）为省人大常委会副主任，任命陈敏尔、陈加元、钟山、茅临生、金德水、葛慧君（女）、王建满、郑继伟为副省长。

On January 21, 2008, the first session of the Eleventh People’s Congress of Zhejiang Province appointed Zhao Hongzhu as director of the Provincial People’s Congress Standing Committee and Lu Zushan as governor. Qi Qi was appointed president of the Provincial Higher People’s Court. On January 22, 2008, Wang Yongming, Xu Hongjun, Wu Guohua, Liu Qi, Cheng Weishan, Zhang Jiameng, and Feng Ming (female) were appointed as deputy directors of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People’s Congress, and Chen Miner, Chen Jiayuan, Zhong Shan, Mao Linsheng, Jin Deshui, and Ge Huijun were appointed (female), Wang Jianman and Zheng Jiwei are deputy governors.
