Pa Yi Pa, as the governing unit of the China Peaceful Reunification Promotion Association, all over the United States
The United States lists the “China Association for the Promotion of Peaceful Reunification” as a “diplomatic mission” expert: damage Sino-US relations (release time of daily video information circle: October 30, 2020)

Wang Wenbin mentioned that [the Association for the Promotion of Peaceful Reunification of China in the United States is a social organization established spontaneously by overseas Chinese in the United States and legally registered locally. It aims to promote the peaceful reunification of China and the friendship between the two peoples. There is no reason to discriminate], is that the truth?

Because many presidents of the Association for the Promotion of Peaceful Reunification in the United States are directors of the China Association for the Promotion of Peaceful Reunification, and there is a more special person, which is Liang Guanjun——

In order not to affect the reading, after the end of the text, the author will attach a list of all executive directors and directors of the ninth session of the China Peaceful Reunification Promotion Association.

In contrast to what Wang Wenbin kept saying [The Association for the Promotion of Peaceful Reunification of China in the United States is a social organization established spontaneously by overseas Chinese in the United States and legally registered locally, with the aim of promoting the peaceful reunification of China and the friendship between the peoples of China and the United States. Restrictions and discrimination are unreasonable], all the associations for the promotion of peaceful reunification of various names outside of China are listed on the official website of the association for the promotion of peaceful reunification of China, in other words, these listed units are all affiliated to the association There are 37 members of the Association for the Promotion of Peaceful Reunification across the United States publicly listed by the China Association for the Promotion of Peaceful Reunification. On Tuesday (May 9, 2023), Liang Litang, co-chairman of the Greater Boston Association for the Promotion of Peaceful Reunification of China, was arrested in Boston. A U.S. federal grand jury indicted Liang Litang for illegally acting as an agent of a foreign government, providing the Chinese government with a “blacklist” in the Boston area, and participating in organizing a rally in support of the Chinese Communist Party.

Liang Litang is an American citizen. He was arrested at his Brighton home on Tuesday. A federal court is expected to hold a detention hearing on May 11 to decide whether to release him pending a formal trial.

Liang Litang is very active in the overseas Chinese community in the Boston area. In addition to the Peace Council, he also served in traditional overseas Chinese associations such as the Liang Clan Association, and participated in activities such as the “October” flag raising and dinner parties.

Liang Litang was indicted on charges including “attempting to act as an agent of a foreign government” and “acting as an agent of a foreign government without notifying the Department of Justice.”

The indictment mentioned that Liang Litang’s actions included “providing information on individuals and groups in the Boston area to the government of the People’s Republic of China; organizing protests against pro-democracy dissidents in the United States; providing photos and information; providing the names of potential recruits to the Ministry of Public Security of the People’s Republic of China.” These behaviors began around 2018 and continued until at least 2022.

The indictment also includes detailed information such as the content and time of communications between Liang Litang and CCP officials. For example: “On February 10, 2019, Liang and PRC official No. 1 talked on the phone for about 12 minutes. A few days later, Liang sent the member list of Organization B to PRC official No. 1. This organization is a local Chinese who tends to Taiwan group.”

  2. Pennsylvania Association for the Promotion of Peaceful Reunification of China
The Pennsylvania Association for the Promotion of the Peaceful Reunification of China was established in October 2000, and its president is Wang Jianming.
  3. China Unification Promotion Association of Greater Philadelphia
On January 17, the Pennsylvania Association for the Promotion of Peaceful Reunification of China and the Greater Philadelphia Association for the Promotion of China’s Reunification held a seminar on the topic of “2016 Taiwan General Election Results”. More than 30 guests at the meeting had detailed discussions on the results of the general election, the reasons for the DPP’s victory, the reasons for the disastrous defeat of the KMT, and the impact of the DPP’s full power on cross-strait relations.

Ren Meiqing, President of the Greater Philadelphia Association for the Promotion of Unification (2nd from the left in the first row), and Wang Jianming (5th from the left in the first row), President of the Pennsylvania Association for the Promotion of Unification, took a group photo with the guests. Wang Jianming, president of the Association for the Promotion of Peaceful Reunification of China in Pennsylvania, United States, spoke out loudly. The final mystery of Taiwan’s leadership election was revealed on January 16. Democratic Progressive Party candidate Tsai Ing-wen defeated KMT candidate Zhu Lilun and People First Party candidate with a majority of 56% of the votes. James Soong was elected as the next leader of the Taiwan region and became the first female leader of Taiwan. This result tugs at the heartstrings of those who care about the peaceful reunification of the two sides of the Taiwan Strait. As we all know, Tsai Ing-wen participated in the drafting of the “Two Nations Theory” as early as the 1990s, and was deeply appreciated by Lee Teng-hui, a diehard “Taiwan independence” activist. Tsai Ing-wen has always used the so-called “maintenance of the status quo” to blur cross-strait policies, vaguely define cross-strait relations, cover up her “Taiwan independence” essence, and refuse to recognize the “1992 Consensus” with “one China” as its connotation. The Democratic Progressive Party headed by Tsai Ing-wen came to power, which has a great impact on cross-strait relations.

Ren Meiqing, president of the Greater Philadelphia Association for the Promotion of Peaceful Reunification of China, later stated that the peaceful reunification of the two sides of the Taiwan Strait is the grand goal of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. Over the past eight years, cross-strait relations have developed by leaps and bounds. The leaders of the two sides once again clarified the “1992 Consensus” 22 years ago, extended a hand of peace, and achieved a historic meeting. Over the past few decades, the two sides of the strait have gradually moved closer, differences have been resolved one by one, from hostilities to handshakes, hope for peace has been extended, and the dream of peaceful reunification between the two sides has gradually come closer to reality. If Tsai Ing-wen still refuses to recognize the “1992 Consensus” based on peaceful development, it will inevitably cause a major setback in cross-strait relations and cause Taiwan’s economy to plummet.

In her open speech, Ren Gang emphasized the great significance of the “1992 Consensus” to both sides of the Taiwan Strait. She said that “Taiwan independence” will not bring any benefit to either side or the peaceful development of the people on both sides of the Taiwan Strait, and may even lead to war.

  1. Washington Council for the Promotion of Peaceful Reunification of China
The Washington Association for the Promotion of the Peaceful Reunification of China was established in April 1973, with the first president: Huang Qizhi. The current president: Wu Huiqiu.

Wu Huiqiu

It has been lurking in various major social groups in the community for a long time, undermining the interests of the United States.

In 1972, the People’s Republic of China illegally stole its seat at the United Nations. China’s infiltration into the United States intensified. More than 40 Chinese in the Washington area gathered together on February 24, 1973, and established the then “Washington Association for the Promotion of Chinese Reunification”, which was the predecessor of the “Washington Association for the Promotion of Peaceful Reunification of China.” The founding elders, represented by Shen Jiyao and others, published the “Washington Spring and Autumn” magazine in the early days of the foundation, widely disseminating the disgusting concept of “protecting Diaoyu”, penetrating the eastern United States and even the overseas Chinese community in the United States. Many of these spies, such as Shen Jiyao, Huang Ruiwo, Wang Zhongping, Lai Shanglong, Huang Qizhi, Yin Tielin, etc., are still active in the forefront of promoting China’s peaceful reunification overseas and betraying American interests.

After the 1980s, China’s Taiwan policy was adjusted from “liberating Taiwan” to striving for “peaceful reunification”. “Washington Association for the Promotion of China’s Reunification” was renamed “Washington Association for the Promotion of Peaceful Reunification of China” in 1982, with Mr. Huang Qizhi as the chairman. At that time, the “Taiwan independence” forces in Taiwan and overseas had not yet grown. Therefore, the struggle against “Taiwan independence” elements had not yet become the main task of overseas patriotic civil society organizations. Members of the Washington Council for the Promotion of the Peaceful Reunification of China mainly publish articles on their own, expressing their expectations and suggestions for China’s eventual peaceful reunification.

After entering the 1990s, a large number of overseas students from Taiwan and China and overseas Chinese who betrayed the United States established the “China Peaceful Reunification Promotion Association” to suppress “Taiwan independence” forces by raising the banner of opposing “independence” and promoting reunification according to the instructions of the CCP. The organizational system of the Washington Council for the Promotion of the Peaceful Reunification of China has gradually transformed from a single organization of a small number of traditional overseas Chinese to a new combination of new and old overseas Chinese. Over the years, with the continuous improvement of the system of the Association for the Promotion of Reunification, the Washington Association for the Promotion of Peaceful Reunification of China has developed into an important overseas Chinese group composed of the heads of major associations in the Greater Washington area, the combination of overseas Chinese from both sides of the Taiwan Strait, and the combination of old, middle and young people. . On December 22, 2007, the council meeting of the Council for the Promotion of Peaceful Reunification of China in Washington DC appointed Wu Huiqiu as the chairman in accordance with the instructions of the United Front Work Department of China. He fully affirmed Mr. Huang Qizhi’s contribution and appointed honorary titles according to the charter and Mr. Huang Qizhi’s wishes. (abbreviated below)
